I stayed at this hotel for 10 nights in Tbilisi. The hotel’s location is excellent, perched on a hill with a beautiful panoramic view of the city. The terrace is particularly impressive and perfect for enjoying the scenery.
The room itself was quite small and faced the back wall due to the sloping terrain, so it received no direct sunlight. It also tended to be cold. Since I was mostly out during the day and only returned to sleep, I didn’t mind the lack of view too much, but the cold temperature was noticeable.
On the positive side, the housekeeping staff did an excellent job. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, the bed was neatly made, and towels were changed daily without fail.
However, there were some notable shortcomings for a hotel claiming 4-star standards. The breakfast was quite poor — only two regular household coffee machines for dozens of guests meant the coffee ran out constantly. The staff (except for the friendly and hardworking housekeeping team) were generally not very warm or service-oriented. Additionally, the wall-mounted soap holder in the bathroom was broken and detached for the entire 10 days of my stay, with no repair made.
While the hotel earns full marks for cleanliness and has a stunning city-view terrace, the overall service quality and attention to detail fell short of expectations. Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again on my next trip to Tbilisi.

The hotel rooms with the view really di have a great view.
The best are very uncomfortable, spring mattress that you feel in every movement.
The food was disappointing.
The hotel does fit the price!

The price-to-quality ratio was good. The view was amazing, and the location is convenient. The option for daily cleaning is also very comfortable.
That said, the hotel doesn’t look old, but it feels quite worn. The bathroom is the worst part the black doors look dirty, as does the soap holder.
The communication was quick, though. They answered all my questions immediately.
The breakfast is also disappointing. It feels like the hotel could be much better with more attention to detail and a bit of investment.

A wonderful hotel that offers a high level of service and comfort. The hotel manager, Luka, is extremely polite and cooperative, and always makes sure that guests feel comfortable and well taken care of. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and feature beautiful views that make the stay even more enjoyable. It is definitely a place worth visiting again. ⭐

Positives: Location great. terrace view terrific (if you don't look down the balcony to the garbage next to the hotel).
Negatives: Mattress was like from soviet era with iron springs. After 2 days was getting back pain so laying on the bed was very uncomfortable. Breakfast so basic that you never felt you are at 4 stars hotel.
Seems like hotel is pretty new, but work of tiling and sanitary in the bathroom was so terrible that I couldn't understand how did the owner of this hotel could even accept such "quality" work from construction company in years of 2020's. Once I arrived girl at front desk gave me a key for my room, but appears all locks in hotel has magnetic keys :) so this sums up pretty much the overall quality of installations and staff as well.

Great hotel with amazing view and service. When we arrived, it turned out that our room was not ready yet. The receptionist quickly resolved the issue and we were upgraded to a room with a city view. The room had a balcony and a wonderful view. Comfortable bed, clean towels, fresh white bed linen, robes, water was renewed every day. There were glasses for wine :) Delicious varied breakfast, there were olives, fruits and berries. Breakfast is served in the restaurant with an amazing view of the city! And in the evening you can sit there with a glass of wine. The only thing is a weak wi-fi signal, I needed to connect to my studies, but it didn’t work.
Once again, I want to express my deep gratitude to the administrator for quickly resolving the issue, friendliness! You are super!

This hotel has a very good view and landscape, but the room facilities and sanitary conditions are not ideal, and the balcony sofa is dirty.

The hotel is wonderful. The service, the building itself, the filling of the rooms. Everything is at a good level of four stars. The descent down is not difficult at all, 12-15 minutes and you are on Rustaveli. It is more difficult to go up, but in Tbilisi a taxi is very cheap, so you can go up by car for a few lari.
Take a room with a terrace, you will not regret it, the view is wonderful on the city.
Of the minuses - I do not recommend the restaurant. We ordered food to the room, both soups and salad were disgusting. And the prices are very high.
Summary: everything is at the highest level, the terrace is a must, the restaurant in no case.

The hotel located on the top of the hill. You need To walk down to Main Street about 7-8 min. On the way to the hotel it is better to catch taxi. The hotel is nice but to clean your room you need to ask. For 3 nights stand the room wasn’t serviced. Shower cabin is not properly maintained. All water comes to the floor
