A really cute and clean room, nothing was missing. We arrived at night and were able to check in. The service was excellent. It was worth it. I really liked it.

We were looking for a friendly place to stay as family and here it is.
The friendly treatment makes you feel at home.
So close to all destinations in Tbilisi.
The renovation of the hotel was made in a clever way.
The Hotel is very cozy, reflecting the old days. Recommended for families and friends. And you might make new friends as well.

Feels like there are no walls between rooms all the nights you will hear what's going on, in your drunk neighbours rooms. Manager doesn't try to help you and if you ask for refund she's being aggressive and she absolutely doesn't care about anything because you paid full amount and the problem is only yours

I am honestly so disappointed because this hotel has terrible sound-proof for rooms you can hear literally everyone and everything so if you’re sensitive for sounds and you can’t sleep because it is loud do not book this hotel. You trip can be just unpleasant because of this tiny detail and ruin your sleep schedule and make you more irritated because of lack of sleep

Staff there are very friendly and helpful. The interior of the hotel is very traditional . It's very clean and the location is very nice. You can definitely visit most of the attractions by walking distance. However the wall is kinda thin and theres only wooden stairs. For those who have heavy luggages will be inconvenient. But staff there will help u to carry them upstairs. Not bad after all.
