Old Georgian house turned into a cozy boutique hotel. Perfect location right at the beginning of the old town. Incredibly friendly staff, clean rooms, nice atmosphere. Would absolutely come again.
Two things you need to know though: First—to the old wooden structure of the building, it can definitely be a bit noisy at night. We still slept well.
And secondly—the building is not barrier-free. There is a steep staircase at the entrance, staff is always helpful with carrying luggage.

A remodelled antic house into a boutique hotel. It was decorated beautifully. Great location, nearby city centres, with many shops.
Staff were friendly, polite and helpful in helping to bring luggage up the stairs whenever they saw us moving stuffs.
We stayed in the terrace room. The height was shorter due to the roof, as it is in the attic. Great view from the terrace.
Staff refilled water, bathing items and coffees/teas everyday, which was much appreciated.

We had a wonderful stay at Blue Balcony Hotel in Tbilisi! The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, they truly made us feel at home. We were greeted with a lovely gesture a bottle of Georgian wine along with a plate of nuts and dates. Although we don’t drink, we really appreciated the thought and presentation it was such a warm and generous welcome. The hotel’s location is excellent, close to all the main attractions and very convenient for exploring the city. The atmosphere was calm, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and everything about our stay felt genuine and relaxing.
Highly recommend Blue Balcony Hotel for its perfect location, wonderful staff, and true Georgian hospitality! 💙🇬🇪

I had a wonderful stay at the Blue Balcony Hotel! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always making sure everything was perfect. The location is amazing - right in the heart of the old town, so you can easily explore Tbilisi on foot without needing any transport. The building itself is a beautiful historic house full of charm, and the rooms are very well designed with super comfortable beds. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tbilisi!

First of all - i must say their service and stuff is just great.
You can easily feel like their trying their best for you.
There are two major problems with this hotel:
1. Impossible to sleep - a lot of noise. From other rooms (because the short distance between rooms + the wooden floor), and also from the neighbourhood (a lot of noise). 2/3 nights I couldn’t sleep at all. The stuff try their best, they even bring earplugs (probably because they know about the problem).
2. The hotel doesn’t look like what presented on booking. The view is clearly not the same, the balcony is small and available only for 2 rooms. The hotel is clearly not luxurious or boutique..
Would not recommend, although their service is excellent. The basic is your ability to sleep.

my friend was there and she is very satisfied, she liked everything, the hotel room was very clean and the staff was very frienly.
also she had an amazing breakfast experience at this hotel. The selection was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented — from flavorful hot dishes to a great variety of fruits, pastries, and fresh juices. Everything was prepared with great care, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming.
A special thank you to Rima!!! She made our morning even better with her warm attitude and exceptional service. She was always smiling, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. Her professionalism and kindness truly stood out and added a personal touch to our stay.

The room was a bit creepy, gloomy and it had bed bugs. It became super warm at night which felt really uncomfortable. The staff were great tho!
