I am extremely satisfied during our stay at Hotel ZP. The staffs are accommodating and friendly. The room is clean and the bathroom is spacious. Breakfast is good but could be improved by providing better options. Overall, would recommend the hotel to others. Location is within the heart of Tbilisi which is walking distance to the city’s center and sulfur baths.

Well hotel is good location but there no room service. No water given by hotel.
Basic things like toothpaste and brush they not give. There is no lift 4 floor we climbed with our 2 year.
Breakfast is extremely basic don't expect much.
Might find other good hotels with same price or little more price.
I will not recommend this hotel at all specially if family.

This hotel may not be a top class star but they are quality and their front desk is perfect (especially I encounter GEORGE)they are helpful very clean.. the breakfast was cool and it’s located in a very rightful area.. I recommend…safe💯…….:

(Very) budget stay in Tbilisi old town
Really bare-bones effort and amenities at Hotel Zp. Great location if you want to explore the old city, but quality was approaching that of a hostel. cheap furniture, broken safe, missing basic touches like a shelf in the shower for toiletries. The housekeeper had made the bed with a sheet of paper accidentally placed under the bottom sheet which was bizarre; they never touched up the room during my stay. Walls were very thin and you could hear conversation-level voices in other rooms. Cost was low fortunately, but next time I'd rather pay more for a more comfortable stay.

Worst hotel so far till i stay. As i am working in hospitality. I personally recommend not too stay🤒 Once you check in till you departure no any service was provided. Small water was there when we check in and the same day i ask them to offer a water they recommended to go out and take it. I didn’t even expect from them. Talking about breakfast it was okayyyyyy.

ZP Hotel has a great location in the old town Tbilisi. The place is quiet and no elevator. The only comment is the daily breakfast they served in the hotel. Hopefully they will have another variety of food. Overall I enjoy my stayed.

The accommodation is located on a hill, so it has a great view of downtown Tbilisi. However, since there is no elevator and you have to climb stairs, it may be difficult if you have a lot of luggage.
