The room was not clean. Multiple long hairs on the floor. Brrr. The temperature in the room was very high. We tried to adjust the temperature with the thermostat, setting to automatic fan and temperature to the lowest possible (5 degreed celsius), but nothing changed. We had to open the window door to the balcony to bring some fresh air in the room. Unfortunately the traffic outside was very very loud, so we had to close the door again during the night. We expected more for the money spent on the room.

This hotel is kind of very new and modern and the room was very spacious! Staff was professional and friendly. The location is great - close to a shopping mall and the public transportation. Will definitely consider staying again.

Very cool place to stay in downtown Essen. Very close to Delta Park. We love that there is a balcony in the comfort rooms. The room was clean and spacious. The staff at the front desk were friendly, and they had earplugs. They also answered our emails promptly.

If you want to check in earlier than 3 p.m., it's 10€ per hour earlier.

The cons - there was a hole in the pillow case, making it seem a little less taken care of. Multiple lights did not turn on (ex. hanging near the coat rack). The mini fridge was very tiny. Checkout is at 11 a.m., not 12. Late checkout was not possible to book in advance.

There is a hotel restaurant, but it is a quite pricy tapas restaurant. We ordered pizza, though, from nearby which was delivered right to our room.

We were confused about where the parking (15€ per day) was. It was also not possible to reserve a spot. But we ended up parking on a nearby side street for free.

This hotel is in a very new condition, and the room is quite spacious, open, and bright. Close to a shopping mall and the public transportation. Staff are all courteous and professional. Will definitely consider of staying here again.

We had a perfect weekend in Essen. The rooms are like new. Nice modern style with very comfortable beds and a nice balcony. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Everyone will assist you with a smile. It was our first time in this hotel but we will definitely stay here again when we will get the chance.

The light switches in the room are a bit confusing but we were able to figure them out.

I stayed in the hotel few days at begging of may with a friend. The hotel is very beautiful and cool, check-in was really fast and easy, the place has a lot of parking slot so if u come with car u can park without any problems, also if you coming with train station is near. Position of hotel is also good u are near city centre and the mall.
