The location is right in the city center and close to everything. The room is equipped with a fan. During our stay the weather is so hot and the fan didn't helped much.

Great location, felt like we were in the heart of the activities of the town. Clean rooms, well appointed. Self check in feature adds convenience since hotel is not really staffed after 6pm. Cons- WiFi did not work the entire stay. Staff could not fix and nothing really was done to compensate for this issue. Elevator was down for most part of the stay. 5 floor hotel with plenty of steps.

Check in is self check in. An employee helped to take care of that. Hotel is clean and comfortable. It is in a ***** of other hotels, cafes, and stores. It does overlook the Mosel river which is very nice. Everything is easily walkable and beautiful!

Beautiful hotel, room and staff in a wonderful town.

Everything is good. Great location, nice rooms. A little pricier than others. Two negatives: - the computerized checkin is cumbersome and buggy. It took three attempts to complete it, and the staff cannot override the program — it would be good to have a way to boil water to make tea in the evening, in the room or in the common area.

If you are arriving in a car, this hotel is ideal. Easy access from a main road with free parking Front facing rooms have a lovely view of the castle across the river and the old town is just a quick walk over the bridge.

The castle view room is worth it. The balcony is as nice to relax on at night. There is no A/C, however there was a fan in the room. It didn’t keep the room cold could probably use a bigger one or a second fan in the room. We had a very early train and the hotel accommodated a very early breakfast for us. Excellent location, quiet area within walking distance of everything - highly recommend.

Clean room comfortable bed quiet area and walkable to all the sites. Also, plenty of easy parking directly at the hotel. Breakfast buffet had several hot dishes like eggs sausage very good. I would definitely stay here again

We stayed here recently and found it to be clean and comfortable. It was wonderful to sit on our balcony sipping a beer or glass of wine looking out at the castle in the evening after a busy day if touring. Fabulous Cochem Only down side was the lift begins on the first floor. Limited mobility would struggle. Staff friendly and professional. The rooms although small were very clean with sufficient facilities available such as hairdryer and shampoos etc. The wine festival is fabulous and draws quite a crowd. This place is kinda dumpy. The single room was really small and there was no place to put anything. Really no place to put a suitcase except on the floor and there’s barely room to do that. The place really needs to be updated.

The location is awesome, but we have to park bit far from the hotel. The hotel is located in the 2nd floor, and there is no elevator.

Only criticism for the hotel is that there was no one at the hotel to check us in after 6PM. We had to call the hotel to get a staff member to come from their home and let us in. After 24 hours of travel from the USA this was very inconvient.

The breakfast had a great variety and was incredible. Being able forego cleaning in exchange for 3 euro off a product at the attached store selling wines and other nice gift items. The room was a nice size with warm showers, a kettle and a minibar with room to chill a water or put a few small items in if necessary. We really enjoyed our stay.

WE really liked the location of the hotel. Very close to everything. The Buffett breakfast that was included was also excellent with lots of variety. Also really liked the private patio overlooking the Mosel that was for hotel guests only. Great place to take a break and relax and people watch with a glass of local Mosel wine

We stayed for 3 nights and had a fantastic time. The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious, and the views from the balcony were something else! I definitely recommend to book with breakfast because the quality of the food is incredible. Next time we will make sure to make a dinner reservation too as the ice cream cake was delicious!

A pleasant hotel with free parking. Slightly let down by lack of a proper bar (although some drinks are available after hours) and a torn curtain in the room. The bed and bathroom were great though, and there’s an hourly bus service if you don’t fancy walking back from the town centre. Overall a good choice for Cochem and the surrounding area.

The location was a little secluded but walkable to restaurants by the river. The room was clean and spacious. I recommend this hotel if you can’t get anything closer to the city.

The Hotel itself was very good, room excellent. Parking place is in a few hundred metets and second evening parking place was full.. But after a time we found another parking place.

Friendly staff Very clean rooms, with good beds. Decent and nice sanitary facilities. The only downside on my side was the too soft pillow, but maybe if I had asked for another and they have it, they would certainly help you.

This place hardly bothers to promote itself at its street entrance, but it's worth penetrating its interior to sample high quality wines by glass or bottle. Also found some locals having a quiet game of cards in there one evening, it's that kind of place.

Clean and spacious 3 room apartment. 2 large bedrooms. Spacious living room with open kitchen. Neat and clean. Excellent free private parking behind the building. Friendly hostess and they make and sell excellent wine. Definitely recommended

We got a table for dinner at short notice in this very nice restored hotel/gastronomy. You can taste the fresh ingredients, the kitchen cooks with love. Meat from the region from beef to game. The staff is very friendly and competent. If you want to EAT well on the Moselle, this is the place for you. We'll be back for sure.

From the lovely rooms, to the sunny terrace where drinks and food was enjoyed, to the close proximity of the Mosel river and the beautiful sights of the wine ranks. You mentioned it on tripadvisir as a hotel with quiet rooms, even made soundproof. Yes, they made effort trying to keep the noise of the road away. But you can stil hear it , other quest showers, talking, laughing in bed (among other noices). Solid roomlocks you hear being slammed. Televisions etc. So please reconsider it. Because of you we stayed here. For the rest, friendly staff.

great location and position, very clean, delicious food.

The staff was very friendly, they asked several times if everything was ok. The hotel was a short 5 minute drive from Cochem, beautiful vineyards right behind the hotel. For me personally it is very important that the rooms are super clean. I have never seen such a clean hotel room. We had a nice terrace overlooking the vineyard. We will definitely go back!

Very good, well maintained little hotel. Perfect Mosel views. Friendly staff. They even have chargers for electric autos! Could use a bit more imagination with the restaurant menu.

We stayed in Ernst with our motorhome and ate in Pullmans twice. The food is excellent and the restaurant and staff dog friendly. Germany has suffered from the COVID aftereffects and lost many restaurants and moved towards too much fast food but Pullmans still deliver excellent German cuisine.

Food was superb, so was the wine (obviously!). The restaurant has a great atmosphere with beautiful decor that I loved. Service was great as well!

We had a great stay in this hotel. Rooms and ensuite badrooms are spacious. A small fridge would have been a plus. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices but I would have liked some more pastry. Free parking places in front of the hotel available.

No electric car charging option available. Great location at Mosel. Charging electric car is not possibel at hotel (or nearby) as stated when we booked. The owner kneew it didn't worked. This is critical if You look explicite for hotels with this option.The coffee making facility in the room did not work and there was no small refrigerator in the room for storing water and sandwhich for tours.

Our stay at Brixiade & Triton Hotel in Cochem had a small issue at first, as room 19 had an unpleasant smell. Thankfully, the staff quickly moved us to a much better room. Overall, the staff were friendly, the food was okay, and the location is perfect.

The best feature of this hotel is the castle and river view from the window. The room was clean, but there was a moldy smell inside and outside, and since there was no ventilation, the only option was to keep the balcony door constantly open.
