Our stay at Brixiade & Triton Hotel in Cochem had a small issue at first, as room 19 had an unpleasant smell. Thankfully, the staff quickly moved us to a much better room. Overall, the staff were friendly, the food was okay, and the location is perfect.

The best feature of this hotel is the castle and river view from the window. The room was clean, but there was a moldy smell inside and outside, and since there was no ventilation, the only option was to keep the balcony door constantly open. Both breakfast and dinner were average. The wine list was very extensive, and a perfect recommendation was given.

We have had an super nice weekend in Brixiade & Triton hotel, even the weather was not so good we have had enough to do. Nice village, wonderfull woods for walking around. Excellent visit! We enjoyed our stay for three nights in Alte Mühle very much. We were given an upgraded, very large studio suite. Breakfast buffet was very nice, all of their personnel were lovely and helpful. Bad Bertrich is a quiet village with restaurants and a rather close drive to Beilstein, Cochem and Bernkastel-Kues.

Just got back from a 3-night stay at this beautiful hotel. The first thing to say is that the customer service could not have been better. I've stayed in hotels all over the world. This was one of the nicest. World class spa and exercise area and the restaurant had a simple menu, but well prepared meals.

The staff greet the guests in a friendly manner, check the vaccination status and also carry out tests. You don't have to say anything more about the sauna itself, as everyone knows what a great sauna landscape awaits guests there. The steam rooms are also great.
