Our stay at Brixiade & Triton Hotel in Cochem had a small issue at first, as room 19 had an unpleasant smell. Thankfully, the staff quickly moved us to a much better room. Overall, the staff were friendly, the food was okay, and the location is perfect.

The best feature of this hotel is the castle and river view from the window. The room was clean, but there was a moldy smell inside and outside, and since there was no ventilation, the only option was to keep the balcony door constantly open. Both breakfast and dinner were average. The wine list was very extensive, and a perfect recommendation was given.

I had the pleasure to be invited for a lunch meal last Wednesday. I had the garden salad with chanterelle mushrooms. It was very well seasoned and presented. The meals of the friends I sat with were also incredibly well presented. Fantastic location for a lap or two on the Nürburgring when you’re doing a tourist drive. The staff are just the friendliest you could find and the food was wonderfully tasty. I've stayed in hotels all over the world. This was one of the nicest. World class spa and exercise area and the restaurant had a simple menu, but well prepared meals.

The staff greet the guests in a friendly manner, check the vaccination status and also carry out tests. You don't have to say anything more about the sauna itself, as everyone knows what a great sauna landscape awaits guests there. The steam rooms are also great. And then the restaurant ... great to look at dishes at affordable prices, which are served quickly and in a friendly manner and taste great...

hard to describe the experience as we arrived in Frankfurt after 7 P.M. and didn't get on the road till 8 it was getting dark and finding this small village was very difficult for someone not familiar with the area. Didn't arrive till almost 11 no one there fortunately the door was unlocked and the room key was on the desk. No one up in the morning so no interaction at all !

We stayed one night and we booked the family suite. Smooth check in and the staff was very friendly. Our room was very clean and we had a lot of space with a family of 4. Lol. I was camping, forgot to check the weather forecast, left my tent door open, and went for a walk. Then we had two hours of torrential rain. All my clothes, my sleeping bag, and the interior of my tent, were soaked. All the local hotels in Bad Höningen were full. I got the train 30 km south to the Food Hotel. It was great. Especially the heating, which I needed, to get dry.

The restaurant has magnificent view to the river and the village on the hill on the other side. The buffet breakfast is delicious, beside prepared food there is chef making omelette by order. Plenty of parking in the garage but unfortunately...

I really liked the hotel. Friendly staff. Cleanliness of the hotel. Convenient parking. The only downside is there is no mini bar.

Very good hotel, only issue is you need a car to easily access it.

The location is right next to the exit of the highway, and there are large supermarkets around. Although it is a bit far from the city center, parking is convenient. The room is large, with heating and free bottled water.

Booked a room for a child and 2 adults- check-in we find out there is only 1 large bed no kid bed. They let us know that all rooms with 3 beds /couch are taken and rolling beds also in use. We asked if we could get the money back, he said only one room (we had booked 2 rooms for our extended family) could be reimbursed.
