Good for europark but would recommend that you leave early as traffic gets built up.
No one on reception until 3pm but staff all very pleasant.
Would definitely recommend asking for more pillows! But very nice bed and air conditioning is definitely loud but cannot hear with ear plugs!
Breakfast was really great but definitely gets busier after 8am
Overall a really great stay for a few nights!

Family with two children, superior room top floor. Spacious, clean, modern - big terrace. Spacious bathroom. Air conditioning cools just right! Good breakfast with great coffee. Great for Europe park and rulantika.

Great hotel if you need only to sleep there. The coffee machine is available until the night. The rooms were very clean.

Absolutely wonderful experience, highly recommended. The room I was allocated was on the ground floor, beautiful space! Large double room with great facilities; huge bed, great bathroom with super shower! Lovely and clean. Each day my room was cleaned and tidied without even requesting via the door hanger. The only tiny requirement I felt that was needed is a full length mirror in the room, and a corner light was missing one of its lightbulbs, but apart from that, I felt this was a five star experience. Close to EuropaPark, 10 minute drive, great breakfast, friendly staff and ample car parking. I am looking forward to making a return visit and this would definitely be my hotel of choice.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this hotel. Firstly, its website does NOT do it justice. What looks like a basic hotel actually transpires to be very well decorated with lots of modern, luxurious touches and high maintenance.

The staff were great and accommodating, our room was very spacious including a very large bathroom. We did have some issues with a faulty safe but at no point did we feel our possessions weren't secure. We also took full advantage of our mini-fridge and freezer in the room.

The location is perfect for Europa Park commute using the public buses and only a ten minute walk from the train station for our commute to the airport.

The breakfast was plentiful, fresh and a good variety. Having coffee and tea available from 7am - 11pm was an excellent touch and much appreciated.

Really great stay, fantastic breakfast, friendly staff (the receptionist who served us spoke very good English, but the thing that surprised me most is to know that he was also a Tour Guide and Bus Driver in Italy), excellent room cleaning, spacious rooms, bathroom with all the essentials and very large shower, super privacy and excellent location, especially to reach the Europa-Park, large free parking in front of the structure, really pleasant stay
