Budget friendly hotel in a... interesting location. Electric Vehicle charging available in the Bauhaus parking in front. Rooms are clean and welcoming.

Fully automated checkin process. It’s fast and convenient. The software on the checkin kiosk needs an update because it’s super slow and buggy. The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. Checkout is as simple as putting the access card into a box.

Clean, modern and convenient Short stay but would have stayed longer. New concept with electronic reception but ok.

The room is clean and bright. It is also very convenient to check in at the door. Parking is convenient and free. There is also a gym upstairs (I didn't use it). There are no staff throughout the whole process. It is very suitable for individual travel and is worth recommending.

When checking in, I pressed the button on the machine for a long time. The soundproofing is not very good and the breakfast is very simple. Barely acceptable for business trips

A great, convenient option if you’re travelling through Ulm. Rooms are comfortable with well appointed bathrooms. Very easy to get on and off freeways: nice touches like a lounge and fitness room. Would stay again.

Beautiful rooms, quiet location. Slightly outside the city center, about a 20-minute walk to the cathedral.

Recommendation Nice room, nice beds, nice breakfast, parking in garage on site, really beautiful city. We had a room facing the road which meant a lot of noise during the night, but all in all a really nice stay for the price.

It's about 1,5km from Ulm's center, the staff is wonderful (especially the Polish lady that manages the place), the rooms, sauna and restaurant is awesome

Not a bad concept:entering only with a pin code,no need for check in or check out so that's great,you can park your car almost at the door to get you things out of the car so that's great too, its newly built the room is nice but no AC so we couldn't sleep it was that warm... we couldn't open the windows because it was really loud and the people were smoking and because the street was pretty busy so...

Very clean and nice room. Perfect with automated pin-code system with no staff! This means you park 1 meter away from your room door. Big fridge with freezer as well, perfect for road trips! Really recommend this place. Only downside is that the room got really hot and no air circulation/AC. Even with the window cracked all day it was still bad air and hard to sleep in. 5 stars if it isn't hot outside...

More of Motel than a hotel but the rooms are beautiful and contain a big fridge and a cooking space including pans. Als the shower has a very nice rain shower. Would recommend.

Nice rooms, but the location and outside of the hotel make it feel cheap and unsafe. It's still under construction and in the middle of nowhere, and the balconies are inexistent. Also no AC which can get quite hot and you can't leave the window open at night because people can just walk into your room from the street. If they would make it more secure it would be great but now it feels like a motel...

Great hotel for if youre traveling by car. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is great as well.

Big spacey and clean rooms and bathroom, quite and peaceful area. The service was very friendly. Very diverse Breakfast buffet and included in price. The location was okay, not central though, but near the science center and hospitals. Free parking with available places. Fair price for the condition and service. The facade was renovated. Thank you to Alexandra and her wonderful team!! Overall the hotel is in a nice quiet location and very pleasant. It's close to the hospital and 300m from the nearest bus stop which takes you into town. Nice breakfast buffet and available beverages up until 10pm like juices, coffee and tea.

Great hotel and service. I stayed for a week for a business trip. The rooms are clean and practical. Very quiet inside the hotel, even through Schwörmontag, the biggest festival in Ulm. Dedicated EV chargers would be great and the towels provided were few, but the efficient service and phenomenal breakfast outweigh the little imperfections. Easily accessible hotel with ample parking in front of the door. There is a charging station about 100m away. Friendly staff, clean and functional. Large room, quiet and with good WiFi coverage. Only the bed was nothing for my back. Breakfast good, included in the price and enough places. All in all good to come back!

The hotel is in an excellent location, right in the center of Ulm. The staff is extremely polite and helpful, the room was very clean with comfortable anatomical mattresses, and the breakfast was rich with a wide variety of options. Excellent service overall. I highly recommend this hotel.

I am so glad that single rooms are a thing in Germany. It's all you need as a traveller. The location was so handy too. Only odd thing was no soap in the sink, so you had to lean over into the shower to get it from the dispenser. A bit awkward. But I'm glad they have a dispenser rather than those wasteful miniatures. Very friendly personell at reception, check in/ check out without problems, rooms are nice, we even got baby crib without asking for it for our 2 year old. Look and equipment aren't from 2020 but it does the job. Location is fantastic, you can see most of town's sights in about 2 hours on foot. If you come with car I recomend parking in Parkhous am Rathous - underground garage just across the street...

Actually a nice enough hotel, but we were two friends on a trip and booked a family room so we each had a bed, BUT who and I have to ask again who thought it was ok that there is no door to the toilet, even a family would like to be allowed to close a door if you have to go to the toilet. We had to send the other one out of the room when we had to do number 2, and it is quite ugly. I simply do not...

It has been a very nice stay in a very modern facility as the rooms have recently been done. I do recommend bringing earphones as the world‘s tallest church is next door.

Super convenient and excellent value. A very comfortable stay right in the centre of the city, close to the train station and the Minster. Beds very comfortable, shower cubicle a little weird, but good hot water and very friendly and helpful reception staff.

5 stars to this small hotel in a perfect location literally 5 mins walk from Munster Platz and 150 m away from a underground parking which has super fare for the night (5 euro) ! Modern, clean and reasonably priced

The hotel was conveniently located, close to the minster. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel breakfast was delicious, with many fresh options, and beautifully arranged.

I booked the lease expense room because I was only staying for one night. The room was very difficult to get comfortable in. It was very small and the area to set the luggage in was very difficult to use. The ceiling was slanted in several areas of the room including the shower. I would book one of their larger rooms next time.

I stayed for a conference at the university, and it was quite convenient due to its location. The 24/7 check in was nice too. It offers what is stated on the website. I would recommend choosing the room with a shower included. I was in a room facing the main street. With the window open it was noisy but if closed, the isolation was very good. Easy to find and easy to park in front of hotel. Location is OK opposite the main rail depot, but didn’t hear any noise. Arrived late and had been given an entry code for back door in advance as reception was only open until midday, and told my room card would be waiting. Location is good. You can reach the old city of Ulm by 20 minutes walk. The staff is nice , kind and polite. Size of bathrooms is not appropriate, some bathrooms are small. Rooms are generally clean and have enough facilities to live comfortably. Prices are somehow not so high nor too low. In total, if you are looking for a room just besides ulm city, this could be the choice.

The room (number 5) was small. The bathroom was even smaller. I with my 1,95 m, have had difficulties going to the bathroom and to move me in the bathroom. The mattress was so thin that I have felt in lying down, immediately on the slatted base. Accordingly, the night was. In the Hotel there are free Wi-Fi. Reception was very nice. A nice apartment with a good layout (except the bathroom) and an okay location despite all the construction nearby. However the room had a strong cigarette odour which could not be resolved with open windows. The unit was also quite marked up from previous guests and the bathroom towels were very worn out.

It was disappointing to find trash in the trash can. I never received an email about getting into the apartment, so I contacted the hotel outside in the scorching sun, but received no reply. I thought the location was close to the station, but it wasn't. I chose this apartment because it had a gym, but it was closed due to construction. All the rooms face the street. It's very noisy and there's virtually no parking nearby. The bathroom and kitchen had been cleaned very superficially.

Because it is close to Munich, it takes an hour and a half to drive. The room price is much cheaper than Munich. It is very convenient to travel by car. The hotel is clean and comfortable. It is a small and special place.

Same as the previous comment. The hygiene is extremely poor. There is a thick layer of dust. It is difficult to find where to pay the parking fee.

During the exhibition, hotel prices in other places are surprisingly high, but this one is quite cost-effective, with self-service check-in and check-out. The advantage is that there is a kitchen where you can cook, and the hygiene is acceptable.

Stayed overnight in May 2025, 2 adults and 2 children. Check in process was seamless, the staff were helpful and it was easy to check in rather late (after 8PM). This is a family run hotel, which we have found on our travels. We stopped at the hotel on our way to Austria. The hotel is situated in the town of Wiblingen, not too, far from the autobahn. It is very convenient for visiting Ulm and the local monastery, which is a must do. The staff are welcoming and friendly. One night overstay during our trip to Italy. Nice hotel, friendly staff. Rooms are prefect. Best of all was the breakfast!!! Fresh fruits, bread…. Really perfect! We also had dinner the day before in the restaurant. Food was okay but we disliked the (big) dogs that are allowed in the restaurant. Tables are near each other and our daughter is afraid of dogs. The hotel overall is ok, however, the room is not big enough to place 3 seats, we need to sit on the bed when we are 3 in the room where only 2 stools provided.

Because of our travel, we arrived 30 minutes before the 3pm check-in time, and were not able to check-in early. The hotel is very clean, and the room was new and comfortable. Only the window facing the tracks was noisy at night. Even the good windows didn't help. It was very good that the rooms could be opened with a code. This was very convenient, and you don't get a card or key.

Nice hotel to stay at for a stop over while driving through Germany. Easy to find, easy to check in, they have parking to use, clean, and a great restaurant nearby called Posthorn that was delicious.

Great. Clean, new looking rooms, helpful staff, free WiFi. There's a restaurant too although we didn't eat there. We walked 10 mins to a fantastic Italian restaurant.
