We arrived at the check in time and when we opened the pin for the door, we saw that there was still someone staying in the same room. And later on we were given a new different room.
The room is modern and good size. However, I noticed some things :
- the bed sheet has a hole and stain.
- the lamps are very dusty.
- the remote control is very dusty like it was never cleaned or wiped.
- the toilet was not cleaned properly.
- the surroundings were loud and not so clean. You can hear random noise from outside already around 5:45 am. And it wakes you up.
- the room smells like smoke or cigarette.
- the glass from the bathroom and the mirror are not well cleaned.
- dirty and sticky floor.
- lastly, you can hear your annoying neighbours from other room who talks so loud. There no such thing like sound proof here, but whatever!
I hope the owner or management of the hotel can read this and will make it better for the next guests in the future!
Keep away!
Only downside is that the room got really hot and no air circulation/AC. Even with the window cracked all day it was still bad air and hard to sleep in. 5 stars if it isn't hot outside, 4 stars in summer
