Nice and comfortable room, with heating which was much appreciated in the cold weather. Very easy to leave & come back after hours. Reasonably priced & friendly staff. Best part though was the breakfast buffet- the breads, cakes and jams were made in house and were so delicious 😊

If I ever visit Augsburg again, I'd stay here again. The quiet atmosphere, with a view of the park in front, was fantastic. The breakfast was also excellent. Bicycles are parked outside, but the structure is designed to protect against rain.

good price-benefit balance The hotel's location is excellent. My room overlooked a magnificent green area. The surrounding area is very quiet. I have three warnings. First, the toilets need to be meticulously cleaned. Second, there were insects in the room; they need to be disinfected and inspected. This was a wonderful place to stay. The hotel is on a beautiful little street just steps from the very grand Maximilianstrasse--easy walk to the center of everything, the grandeur of the city hall and shopping district, yet very peaceful and quiet. Staff is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is generous and excellent.

It’s a very nice place, and if you are looking for cheap prices, it’s the perfect one. Great and comfy rooms, kind service in the morning and superb location in the middle of the city. If you don’t have hundreds of euros, I absolutely recommend.

Maybe a little dated, but quirky and clean! The staff was super friendly! The breakfast room was full so we needed to move to another room. Three people were carrying our plates, food and stuff over and helped to set us up. Great location!

Hi super experience. The staff and all are very attentive the owner is polite and nice to talk . Good food breakfast is what we want is there . The hotel is walkable distance to Innigen station there are bus available also prefer train 10 mins to Augsburg station . Surroundings are quiet and pleasant perfect relax atmosphere. We can always catch train or bus to go city . I plan to come stay again...

Room was comfortable, and the hotel was in a very quiet location (until the ducks woke up!) There was ample parking. Breakfast was very good, with lots of options, and the dining room was large. Staff were very nice.

I was nice small hotel, at good location, breakfast was quality not quantity, especially egg was good. If there is chance to visit Augsburg, I will stay here.

Large room and bathroom. Great lighting in bathroom. Very clean. Elevator is small (typical of older European buildings) and there were six steps up in the hall to our room. Good location to the Christmas markets and train station.

Most of the travelers selecting this hotel will drive, the location is a little bit far from the CBD, if the hotel can reduce the parking fee by 50%, it will score excellent .

Good and comfy. The hotel is pretty nice. Rooms are big and well equipped. Cleaning is on par with your expectations for at hotel like this. We were two families. Two kids each family. We had connected rooms. Worked really well for us. Communication was sadly a bit poor in the beginning, but after some time the staff solved the issues we had arriving.

Check-in was smooth and the receptionist was very nice. The bed was clean and the room seemed clean overall — except for one shocking detail. Minutes before checkout, we found a used menstrual cup on the closet floor. We had arrived late after a long day of travel, so we only went straight to shower and sleep, and didn’t notice it until the morning. This shows the room was not properly cleaned before...

This is a SUPERB hotel, really well designed, the whole concept and theory is professionally invented. Room was good fit size, equipped, clean. Besides the breakfast area there is a common cozy kitchen area where you can cook, boil, bake your own meal, even bring people together. Checkout is correct, at 12.00.. Loved the breakfast and the 24 hour coffee access in the lobby. We easily found parking which is great when you have a rental. The hotel also has a restaurant that is open in the evenings in case you don't want to eat out. Great option.

Despite the lack of staff, the hotel offers excellent value for money. I highly recommend it ;) I'll book again immediately if the price is the same.

It is very nice hotel; clean, quiet, big rooms. Receptionists were especially helpful; although there was no kettle in the room they gave us one from the kitchen. there is a water station available at the entrance. Only minor issue was that it is not very convenient to reach the city center; walking 12-13 minutes to tram station and then tram rides take another 20-25 minutes.

It is clever with the code for letter box to get the keys to the rooms after the reception time. However, I found an old towel hidden behind the curtain on the heating radiator.

For check in we had to call as we havent received info from the property. That was the only issue we had! The property felt safe and had what we needed, but the surrounding not as much. Supermarket close by but we wanted to eat and it wasn't as easy as we taught..

Most spacious suite, had to stop myself thinking of it as an apartment. Luxurious bath was a treat. Loved having coffee machine available as well as room drinks facility. Enjoyed the quirky surroundings and even a couple of games of pool. Would love to return.

This is a small, classic hotel with a unique atmosphere. The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean and well-appointed. However, the mattresses are quite soft, so it may be difficult for people with weak backs. The breakfast menu is elegant and tasty, although there isn't a wide variety. Free parking is also a plus.

Good position if you travel by car. Very large and nice room, the bathroom was also large, but its lay-out could have been better. There is a restaurant downstairs, but this didn't bother us.

Clean rooms and we got them before the official check in time. Parking was safe and just next to the entrance.

A cozy hotel. I enjoyed the Oktoberfest and sightseeing. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when I visit Augsburg. :)

Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Plenty of choices at breakfast. Great location for public transport and sightseeing. We would stay here again if travelling to Augsburg again.

Easy to find and next to tram line. Get an all-day ticket and leave your car behind in the great parking provided. Nevertheless, location is indeed walkable to historic Augsburg. The exterior is plain but the room was not! It was tastefully decorated, fresh and clean. Bathroom was especially nice. Super clean with even towel warmers.

Quiet new feel rooms, comfortable beds and very clean. Breakfast is a bag with one crassaint and bagel, yogurt and apple. Plus coffee or tea. For me thats just enough. Staff are also English speakers and are pollite and helpfull. Great location.

Everything was great, from the payment process to the location, the cleanliness, and the room—all 10/10. Nothing bad, and when I return to that area of Bavaria, it will be my first choice for accommodation again.

My experience at the B&B Hotel in Augsburg was truly enjoyable, with a seamless check-in process at the kiosk and a very welcoming receptionist. The beverage offered sex on the beach, available in a bottle, was delicious and reasonably priced, and I would certainly consider staying there again.

I stayed here for one night. Very helpful staff, small but nice room, clean. The parking is a bit tricky. They have a gate. Arrangement to enter the property was very poor

This hotel was perfect for our purposes due to its location and value. The staff was always kind and helpful. We were thrilled that this hotel had a parking lot (it is tough to park an SUV in Augsburg). The rooms were clean and comfortable.

A hotel belonging to the well-known B&B chain with excellent transport links to the city center. Free parking was still available at the time of my stay! The room and breakfast are okay, but could be improved. Anyway, I would still book there again!

Very comfortable hotel for visiting the city, the bed is super comfortable. The receptionist was very attentive.

The check-in on the small screen in the lobby is complicated and not customer friendly. The rooms are descend size, clean and well maintained but cushions are too flat. Breakfast is okay but not offering Nutella (or any other brand) is a pity. Overall we are satisfied but there’s room for improvement.

Friendly, clean, nice breakfast and moderate price. Check-in and out is very easy !

We arrived a bit late, but we were lucky enough to be greeted by Dennis, who was as helpful as you can hope for. He helped with every request and questions we had . I hope each future receptionist I meet on my next stays are as good as Dennis is. I will for sure try to stay at this hotel in the future.
