Clean rooms and we got them before the official check in time. Parking was safe and just next to the entrance.

A cozy hotel. I enjoyed the Oktoberfest and sightseeing. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when I visit Augsburg. :)

Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Plenty of choices at breakfast. Great location for public transport and sightseeing. We would stay here again if travelling to Augsburg again.

Easy to find and next to tram line. Get an all-day ticket and leave your car behind in the great parking provided. Nevertheless, location is indeed walkable to historic Augsburg.
The exterior is plain but the room was not! It was tastefully decorated, fresh and clean. Bathroom was especially nice. Super clean with even towel warmers.

A good find
At this price point, Stadthotel Augsburg is a good find. The premises are a little dated, but everything is clean, the room was spacious, and breakfast was great. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is a 20-minute walk from the city hall. It's too tiring to walk around the city center for a day. There is a tram at the door. The room is large, but it's still cold even when the heating is turned to the maximum. You can't get your arms out of the quilt at night. It faces the street, and the windows are not well sealed. Fortunately, no large trucks pass by at night. The service staff is very enthusiastic.

I was asked by a staff "how was my sleep?" at the breakfast - a question which I haven't heard for so long time when staying at a hotel. Everything was clean. Location was great as a tram station is just a step from the location. Would be great to have a kettle in the room for such a very cold day.

Service second to none, rooms (we had two) spotless with attention to detail. Premises very well kept, breakfast delicious and beautifully presented; hotel manager present at breakfast and extremely hospitable and attentive. Head and shoulders above expectations
