Stayed here once before. A shame the bars gone but everyone super friendly and helpful. Breakfast ok.

We were made extremely welcome and the breakfast was very good. The room was comfortable, clean and well equipped. The tram route runs next to the hotel and during the morning and evening this can be disturbing. It is at least 500 metres to a restaurant that serves anything but street
food and there is no facility for a warm drink in the evening. It is a good place for exploring the old town where facilities are good.

Great location for maybe winter or spring but there is No A/C in the room or lobby areas (probably true for most of Augsburg and Munich - so ask before you book) and it was brutal in mid-August. If you open your windows at night to try to cool off the streetcars run until at least 12 midnight and wake you up promptly at 6 am - we asked to be moved a "quiet" room on an inner courtyard after the first night which was less noisy but they wanted 20 euros more per night. If you rent a car and are 'lucky' enough to park there ask for the parking area closest to the hotel and tell them you will be taking your car in and out. If not you end up in the garage across the street it will take you a good 20 minutes to dodge columns, walls, and other cars and situate the car so you can pull out easier when you want to leave.

Decent place with friendly staff. Decent value too we thought. Well located just outside main town. Clean room and decent breakfast. Excellent parking (when available) Only issue we had was with the trams which ran quite late into the night and woke us up. (Ask for a quiet room if this is likely to be an issue)

A pleasant and clean hotel with friendly and helpful reception staff in good location. About a fifteen to twenty minute walk from the train station and a very short walk from all of the many city centre sights. I would happily stay there again.

The Hotel‘s location is quite strategic. Near Leopold Mozart‘s House (Mozart‘s father). This hotel has 2 garages, it cost 8.5euro/day, it s a reasonable price but space is quite limited. Room is clean and family friendly. Breakfast cost 13.5 euro. The hotel only receive visitors who have been vaccinated and have been 14 days since the last vaccination. Children above 6 are obligated to be tested (either PCR/ selftest) if you bring the selftest pack yourself, it will cost you nothing, and they will give you a paper right after you perform the test in front of the reception.
Overall it is good.

Our stay at Hotel Augsburger Hof was everything we hoped it would be and more! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and informed. The room was very clean and spacious - very comfy bed! The breakfast was outstanding. The location was perfect, slightly outside all of the hustle and bustle, but super easy walk into the old town and shopping area. Also, located right next to Mozart's house! We had a car with us and parking was very reasonable and easy. We would highly recommend this hotel for your overnight stay!
