The room was nice and clean when we arrived. The shower has amazing water pressure and the bathroom was spacious.
Service was great, we showed up well after midnight when the lobby had closed but were able to check in over the phone earlier in the day and get a door code to open the lobby door and get into the room once we finally arrived. The front desk also lent us a power plug adapter to use during our stay, very helpful.
The hotel is located at the end of the 4 line from the street trolly so it is a breeze to get to and from the central train station with a direct little totally ride. There is also a Döner restaurant right next to the hotel lobby that was open till 3 am and tasted great. A lovely perk for late night arrivals like me.
I would recommend this spot, it was clean, friendly and accessible.

Very comfortable hotel for visiting the city, the bed is super comfortable. The receptionist was very attentive.

The check-in on the small screen in the lobby is complicated and not customer friendly. The rooms are descend size, clean and well maintained but cushions are too flat. Breakfast is okay but not offering Nutella (or any other brand) is a pity. Overall we are satisfied but there’s room for improvement.

I was really disappointed with my stay here. When checking out, the hotel suddenly charged us €100 extra just because we left the room about 30 minutes after check-out time. I asked if they could show me where this rule was written, but they simply refused.
It felt unfair and very unprofessional. Instead of being understanding, they treated us with rigid rules and no explanation. For me, this kind of hidden charge shows a lack of honesty and respect for guests.
I definitely wouldn’t stay here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who values clear policies and fair treatment.

The area is very noisy, all night long we could hear some screams. The room is beautiful, but the price before we came to the reception was 59€, and then it suddenly changed after a conversation with the reception to 100€ per night. And we checked in at 21:00. The air conditioning does not work well, because we were 15 minutes late with the check-out they charged us 100€ and did not allow us to stay another day, although there is no such clause in

I am writing to share our disappointment with the way our recent booking was handled.
Due to an unexpected health issue with my spouse, we kindly requested to postpone our one-night stay. Unfortunately, our request was denied, despite the fact that the reservation was still within the same cancellation terms as other accommodations in our travel itinerary.
To put this in perspective, the next stop on our trip was a campsite with identical cancellation conditions, and they showed understanding and flexibility by allowing us to reschedule without issue.
We were genuinely hoping for a similar level of empathy and support from B&B hotel side, especially considering the circumstances. Their refusal not only added stress during a difficult time but also left us feeling that customer care and flexibility are not their priorities.
