Excellent accommodation for a business trip or a weekend in Augsburg. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the wellness area is a little paradise for relaxing after a long day.

Short stay at Dorint Augsburg, upgraded from 4th to 8th floor, thank you because on the 4th the view is no view.
The location is great for a meeting at the Kongress center but no shop or restaurant around, just the park.
The hotel is very dated, the architecture is interesting but only the front desk and restaurant have been renewed. Don't expect a USB socket there.
The shower head was not clean (mushrooms).
The staff - except at the breakfast - are mostly uninterested in providing a warm service. I was offered a drink if I cancel the cleaning service, that I accepted; but in the morning, the cleaner entered the room without knocking :(
Due to a change in my work schedule, I had to leave and wanted to cancel the second night, it was refused and I was charged 100%.

5 stars – Outstanding service and kindness
I had to leave earlier than planned due to an unexpected emergency at work, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to support me.
I called the reception, explained the situation, and they immediately understood – they even waived the extra charges and made check-out completely smooth.
Special thanks to Marcel from the front office for the kind and quick email replies.
Rooms are clean, the location is great, and the team is not only professional but genuinely kind.
As a doctor traveling with a cat and driving 8+ hours, I felt taken care of in the best way.
Highly recommended – I’ll definitely return if I’m ever in Augsburg again

The facility is quite clean, but it's a shame it's old, so there are things like stains on the walls and stained carpets, and it smells stale. I recommend a renovation to remove all the stains.
Excellent service, very kind and friendly receptionist, and the restrooms are also good. They have a restaurant and bar. The location is convenient, a 15-20 minute walk from the center.

If you are a BLACK PERSON visiting Augsburg DO NOT go to this hotel!!! Horrible absolutely horrible experience. You literally see the hatred and prejudice oozing from the front agent skin. They have all black people cleaning the rooms so they treat black guests well. The only thing about the hotel was their Breakfast. This is the dirty room they tried to give me.

Stayed for 4 nights. Rooms are dated but clean and decent enough.
WiFi was not available for all rooms except the lobby throughout the entire stay. I’m not sure if they are unserviceable or if they simply do not provide them at all. It seems unreasonable for it to be down for such a long time in a hotel.
Edit: Upon checking other reviews, it seems like this hotel does not provide room WiFi at all despite saying that they do on their website.

We stayed for 2 nights over Christmas (23-25.12) in the Junior Suite.
We found the quality/price ration truly amazing: around 120€ per night (without breakfast) and we had a gigantic room on the 34tg floor.
The view is obviously the best part, I could catch a great sunrise.
The hotel itself is a bit old fashioned, but everything works and is clean (except a bit of dust) and the service and amenities are very good.
We could also use the sauna, which is free for all guests and has one Finnish sauna, a relaxing room and an outside area.
Because we said that we don’t want cleaning for 2 days, we got vouchers for the bar.
Overall a great experience!

Hotel of an exciting exterior with a nice view. Very bad parking possibilities for own cars 🙄. According to me the facility is ready to whole refurbishment, but still ok. The breakfast is, what to say, do not expect much. No fruits or vegetables ( except of tomato’s), felt like a 2* Pension.
