Andaz Munich Schwabinger Tor - a Concept by Hyatt in Munchen

First time to stay in a 5 star hotel that doesn’t offer toiletries. You would think it’s Andaz and it’s supposed to be premium since we stayed with other Andaz before, but this one doesn’t have any toiletries like the basic suchnas lotion. I asked why and they said they are changing company. Still though they should have warned us during check in or at least have something in the room

Excellent location and service. Staff at front desk were very helpful. Convenient for cafes and supermarkets

The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. We stayed this time with a group of ＞30 people. All arrangements have been taken care well; including meeting room. We plan to come back again next year. Thank you! 👍👍👍 Mohammed, Sebastian, Lena … Vielen Dank! 😊

Overall nice but could have better service. They don’t understand a concept of a luxury hotel.

one of the best hotel

As a globalist, the room we were upgraded to was absolutely gorgeous and we greatly appreciated it. However, I found it a little unsettling (and gross) that there were no mattress protectors on the beds, only a thin flat sheet between me and the mattress. The other disappointing part was the old crunchy towels, for such a beautiful property the towels should be nicer. Finally, the evening lobby bar crew was incredibly rude on multiple nights, did not greet us even though we were standing there and they were not even that busy. Made us feel not welcomed at all. Otherwise, the buffet breakfast is decent and it’s a nice stay.
