Novotel München City Arnulfpark in Munchen

The hotel is located about a 10-minute ride on trams 16/17 from the main station.
And about a 5-minute ride on the S-bahn, also from the main station.
There are two supermarkets within walking distance: Edeka and REWE.
The area is quite peaceful and quiet, close to a neighbourhood with offices of international companies.
The hotel itself is comfortable, clean, with polite staff. The rooms are quite large, as is the bathroom; we had a room with a bathtub.
There is a free sauna, but we did not use it.
In winter, the room can be a little chilly, as there is only air conditioning, but it is not very clear whether it blows hot air.
We found the temperature quite comfortable.

I had a wonderful stay at Novotel München City Arnulfpark and was truly impressed. The location is safe and very convenient — easily accessible by both tram and S-Bahn, and only about 4–5 stops from Munich Hbf and the Old Town, which makes getting around incredibly easy. You can also take the S8 directly to and from the airport, which is extremely convenient.

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. As an Accor Plus member, I also received a welcome drink, which added a nice personal touch to the stay.

The lobby has a warm and cozy atmosphere, and there’s a kids’ corner suitable for children of all ages, complete with games that my child absolutely loved. It’s definitely a great choice for families.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. One of the highlights for me was the complimentary minibar, stocked with water, soft drinks, beer, juice, coffee, and even chocolate — a lovely surprise that made the stay even more enjoyable.

The room was clean, serene & service was excellent. I would like to extent an extra than you to Jawad, who went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable & taken care of. I had a restful sleep every night, a fan & great robe for sauna experience.

Close to a train station and bus stops. Reasonably close to the city centre. Nice rooms, great breakfast and installations such as a sauna and gym. The staff were also very helpful! Great stay for the price.

Love the location and services

It took us almost 30mins to get to Novotel from their local train station. It was -2 degrees n 8.30pm. We asked a few locals n even the staff working at the bakery where it was located. All of them gave us the wrong direction. We finally got it right after the 3rd time walking around n up n down the area for 15mins!
Look for the EDEKA supermarket and Mercedes Benz or Element Hotel under your search or google. Once u locate these …just follow the roads. Its actually by the main road n beside IBIS hotel But if you come via their DB bahn express like us, its a big challenge to locate it.
Other wise , the room is great’ very new n comfy. Comes with kettle, tea, coffee n hot choc. 2 bottles of water (Sparkling n non sparkling) r being provided daily . There is a PS4 n football Game down the lobby n free cookies at registration counter.

We loved our stay in Munich, the hotel was clean and tidy, easy access to the city centre, our children particularly loved the biscuits on reception!

We had a lovely time at this hotel. Everything is beautiful, clean, well thought. The staff kindly upgraded our room including a mini bar. The reception is very lively and the restaurant has delicious food and very hospitable staff. The hotel is a walk from the central bus station, a direct train to the airport and good public transport with only few stops to the city centre.

2 stations away from Munich Central Station. Less than 10 mins walk away from the metro station. There are grocery shops nearby. Room is clean. Toiletries were provided from Rituals. Smells good too. May need to review the towels as some of the towels had holes in it. Shower area will be flooded if using the rain shower.
