Very modern and luxury appartments, the beds are extremely comfortable, the hosts very helpful and knowledgeable. The large appartments with private sauna and Incredible view over the mountains are of course not cheap, but certainly worth the money. Loving our stay here, and surely will be back.

Beautifully furnished apartments with balconies. The breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired, and dietary restrictions were very well accommodated. The location is very central in the village. The children were delighted with the play equipment in the garden. We would love to come back again.

We had a wonderful holiday in a beautiful apartment. It had everything we needed. The breakfast was excellent, and both the owner and the staff were always attentive to our needs. We will definitely be back.

We only spent one night in the Superior Apartment with private sauna, but it was fantastic. Spotlessly clean, everything went perfectly. From check-in to dinner (which was absolutely delicious) to the excellent breakfast... there was absolutely nothing to complain about. We would definitely recommend it and would love to come back again.

P.S.: The only minor point (and this is really nitpicking) is perhaps a little more lactose-free milk for breakfast (for the muesli; not everyone likes oat milk).

Everything about this place was perfect:

The accommodations/apartments in the annex of the Rösslwirt were a dream. Superbly modern, bright, clean, and very spacious, all for a truly great price.

The host family was incredibly kind, accommodating, and flexible. Whether it was a last-minute reservation, a takeaway meal, or anything else, they made it all possible.

Check-in at the apartment building is self-service and digital via tablet, taking only two minutes.

The apartments had reliable Wi-Fi, a lovely kitchen, and comfortable furniture.

The food and ambiance in the main building were absolutely top-notch. We tried everything from schnitzel to roast and burgers over two evenings, and everything tasted fantastic.

There was also a lot on offer for a family like ours with a 1 1/4-year-old child. A dedicated children's playroom and a great deal of understanding for little ones. This was evident from the many other families with children staying there.

We will definitely recommend this hotel/apartment and will return ourselves when we have the chance.

Apartment is new with good facility. Host is friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread is good and hearty. Good dinning option nearby. Quiet and peaceful surrounding.

We stayed 3 nights in apartment 7 and I have to say it was a dream. They are very nice hosts who lovingly take care of you and are really interested in making you feel completely at ease.
The apartment is stylishly furnished and nothing is missing. The in-room sauna and the view also leave nothing to be desired.
The breakfast was great and the dinner at the Rösslwirt was just awesome.
We can only recommend it...

We had apartment no. 2 for three nights with a great view of the town center and the Arber. Everything is absolutely new and clean. We felt very comfortable and we really liked the style of furnishing.

The hostess is very nice and helpful. From check-in to check-out, everything went without any problems and was very uncomplicated.

The breakfast was very tasty and nicely presented.
The only small point of criticism: There are frozen pre-baked rolls.

On the first evening we went to eat at the Rösslwirt. The food was good. The restaurant but not very comfortable. That's why we picked up the food on the following two days and ate it in our apartment. There is practical reusable packaging. It always tasted good and was reasonably priced.
I dare say that it was mostly ready-made sauces.

The village itself is a good starting point for hikes and excursions.

The accommodation can be recommended without hesitation. Nothing stands in the way of a great holiday here.

Beautiful apartment, furnished to a very high standard, very comfortable.
Great breakfast, wonderful sauna (tea and water + small snacks available free of charge). Dinner in the neighboring hotel was delicious.
In the hotel is a fridge or cupboard with all kinds of drinks and snacks. Price list is out and is paid there into the piggy bank. Great idea.
Great playroom for small children. Foosball for the bigger kids.

Check-in is very easy as it can be done online.
Lots of suggestions for excursions and events are hanging in the lobby. They are also available in the app that you can download at Check Inn.

Free entry to the indoor pool in town.

There is absolutely nothing to complain about, except that we would have liked to have stayed longer.

When we arrived we were immediately impressed by the first impression.
Check-in was very easy using an iPad, which you can type in yourself at reception. After we were done, Christina took us upstairs.
We had booked apartment 7, with its own panorama sauna on the balcony.
We felt right away, everything was just perfect.
The rooms were sparkling clean, they were super modern furnished, and we didn't miss anything.
On the ground floor is the dining room where you can get a rich breakfast in the morning.
The spa area, which is also located on the ground floor, is a great place where you can really unwind after a day trip.
In the end, all that remains is to say, super nice young hosts who are always there for you.
This was the BEST AIRBNB we have ever had.

I you are not german speaking, I would not recommend this restaurant.

Lack of English communication is understandable, but when there is an issue, there is no way you can solve it. When you get a burger that costs extra € 5.30 - than it supposed to, no one will help you.

Burgers tasted okay, but minus one star for price difference in the end.

I was extremely satisfied with this accomodation. Very nice staff, very comfortable room, great bed and cover! I loved sleeping there. The breakfast was very good also, I didn't miss anything. I enjoyed the free entrance to the Osserbad aquapark. The only thing I didn't especially like was the meal I got for supper. Eating next door at Hotel zur Post is a good idea! Also the wi-fi connection was unstable, sometimes not working. Otherwise perfect, I would come back with pleasure.
