The room was fine, but nothing special. Parking in the area is challenging. There is no elevator, so prepare to climb lots of stairs. Staff was friendly enough.

Lovely staff, the room was clean and nice and in a good location. We did not have breakfast included but the hotel does have a restaurant attached to it. Be aware there is no lift only stairs but they did help us with our luggage.

One of the worst, most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. Tiny, cheap towels. I liked the building, staff, and location but a lot of basic things were so overlooked that it ruined everything else

Our stay at this hotel was the highlight of our trip to Germany….. Victoria in particular went way and above what any guest could hope to get from a host…… we received help with our bags, parking advice and fantastic service!!!

Excellent stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful, restaurant was great, room was very nice. Only down side is that there is no elevator for luggage. It can be a bit noisy on weekend nights since the bar/restaurant downstairs is very popular, but the location and ease of getting around were a very fair trade for that. Would definitely stay here again.

Delightful hotel right in the centre of Regensburg. Sizeable, clean and well equipped rooms. Helpful service throughout. Good à la carte breakfast on offer (at an additional cost). All at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend
