This hotel had nice spacious rooms. They were quiet and clean. There is no air conditioning but we requested a fan which helped. One drawback is that the elevator doesn't go to the main floor, meaning you have to carry your bags up the first flight of steps. For my taste the bed was too hard. Breakfast buffet was good but not great. I liked the crispy bacon.
The location is in a commercial area about a 20 minute walk from the old city but since we had bikes it was no problem. the staff was courteous and helpful. No hot water cooker or courtesy tea and coffee but there was a mini bar and one bottle of complementary mineral water. In all, a pleasant stay.

The hotel was very nice. Front desk staff was very friendly. There was a very beautiful outdoor patio where we had our dinner. Be very careful though when you order food. We have been charged 75 euros for just a casual dinner without any alcohol or anything special, and we still don’t know if it was poor language skills of the server, or the server confused us on purpose when advising the menu. The breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant was excellent. One thing to mention. We arrived on a Saturday, and were rather surprised to find out that laundry couldn’t be done until Monday (!!!). Aside from that it was a very nice stay.

+ friendly receptionist and breakfast personal serving excellent piping hot expreso but, you must ask for it. Not far from big shopping center, plenty of parking. - interior needs upgrade, restaurant is just formal eating area missing Bavarian charm.

Lovely and modern but with old school charm hotel. The room was very comfortable and ticked all boxes and more with personalised details that we enjoyed. The staff from reception to breakfast were all exceptionally professional and friendly. 15mins walk to Regensburg Altstadt. Easy parking for a car and public transport also available. The only downside was our room faced a busy, noisy road but the windows when closed blocked most of this, so in Summer aircon or a ceiling fan would be helpful. Recommend for a stop in Regensburg!

Fair.
Fair, overall, and clean too. But read my comments.
The personnel was friendly, so much at the reception as much at the restaurant area.

Liked: The hotel met most of my expetations - not all though.
The breakfast was decent, yet not super as they claimed at Booking. The personnel was helpful and polite.
The room was clean.
The hotel is located not very far from the old city, but also not that close.

Disliked:
When we arrived we heard a monologue about NOT cleaning the room,
If we would accept they do no room cleaning, so that we support the environment, since we would stay only for 2 nights.
Oh really?
At least when one is traveling for vacation, one would like not to do exacty what one does everyday at home; This is part of the relaxation!
Yes, Please:
Clean the room, make our beds, check the mini bar and the toilette paper and whatever else is needed. This is why we use and pay for your services; to take a break and to relax.
And IF one of the towels is dirty, we will drop it down as a sign it needs cleaning and replacement, just that one, not more.
But this is not an excuse to propose not do the appropriate in regards to cleaning and to tidying up! We are cautious about the environment, yet please clean up the room, be of service.
My complaign is addressed to the Management of the hotel, not to the personnel.

We had to ask for extra pillows.
What they offer was not sufficient and there were no extra pillows at the cupboard.

Gong up to the rooms can be a challenge for the guest.
One may use only the stairs, as there is no elevator available for use for the residents of the hotel. I bet they do something ... when one has severe motion issues.

One more, Cautious please:
The bathtube is dangerous and slippery! In addition:
The curtain at the bathtube was short enough to make the bathroom a total mess.

Some of the referred points can be easily fixxed with the Managements care.

Super cosy and stylish rooms (modern style double room), nice and clean bathroom.

Staff is very friendly, particularly in the morning when you have breakfast. Maybe the best I've ever had in a hotel!

The beds are a bit too hard for my taste, as I like it soft. But my girlfriend loved it and we both had a very relaxing night.

One thing that should be mentioned: on the map the hotel somehow appears closer to the old town that it is. But if you don't mind a little walk (15 to 20 minutes to the dome), that shouldn't be a problem.

Facts: clean rooms, overall looking nice, front office staff needs a bit of customer oriented training, bad attitude as well. Otherwise breakfast very very good and the other personnel very friendly.

Oldie but Goldie brings it to the point. Old Yes, but very well maintained. And even if it looks from the outside more like a prison, it has inside its very own Flair. Beautiful large room and the volume holds, in spite of the near street. Only the room cleaning takes part of arg for a long time. Breakfast is by the way highly recommend to you. Good selection and the owner is every morning and welcomes the guests.
