Good hotel and the rooms has a beautiful view from the city and the room is new, clean and very confortable. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is good and Its a good hotel if you wanna confort and good location.

This boutique hotel on the banks of the Spree River, is a true hidden find for those visiting Berlin! The rooms are beautifully decorated and spacious, the bathrooms are luxurious, featuring a full size bathtub and a separate shower area, and the morning breakfast is a treat. Full size operating windows offer a great view of the River, as well as great ventilation. Transportation into the city center is easy, by foot, bus or train. Staff is friendly and always willing to help. Prices are very reasonable for this level of hotel. A great hotel I can wholeheartedly recommend!

The suite we booked was outstanding… spacious, pristine, calming and comfortable. We had a difficult time leaving it! It had numerous full length windows overlooking the river, which provided a tranquil view of the water and passing boats. We were on the main floor, off of the Library, where every evening, port was set out for the guests, as were fruit and fruit-infused water each morning. The espresso maker and tea were available all day. We especially enjoyed the small gym and sauna. The surrounding area was an excellent location with Tiergarten Park being just across the bridge. Not only will we return, we will look for additional hotels in this group!

Nice suite hotel right on the water. Unfortunately, no one was there for check-in, even though we arrived within the allotted time. The room was large, but the furniture and doors were scuffed. Some of the furniture had huge stains. Curtains were yellowed. Windows fell open when opened. The toilet didn't work despite being repaired. Breakfast was very tasty. Everything was very private, as there were only a few rooms. Entrance is via the public underground parking garage if you arrive by car. The hotel parking lots aren't very inviting. There are cars covered in plastic, and you have to negotiate your way past bicycles and a motorcycle at the entrance downstairs. Not so great! Regarding service: When someone from the hotel was there, they were very nice, friendly, and helpful. Even at breakfast, after a long wait, the service was very nice.

Received the wrong room. When we asked, the staff were disrespectful, laughed at us several times, insulted us and then reluctantly gave us the room we had actually booked. Air conditioning in both rooms broken, inside temperature of 27°C. Unfortunately, it couldn't even be regulated by opening the windows.

Thought the place was great, food +, service + accommodation +... But a problem occurred... the polizei got called and I got detained for 24 hrs. Not fun but hey! Then the hotel banned me from eating , drinking or sleeping there. Here's to LEF as they say in france! Well done and kind regards to Christian the duty mgr

Decent hotel with a great bar and restaurant. Had a couple of meals there and everything was really tasty. The rooms are a little dated, but perfectly comfortable and spacious. Mine had a lovely view of the river. The gym is a bit ropey, but the hotel is in a great spot for running by the river. Great for a business trip, but probably not somewhere I’d stay for leisure.
