Good location. All interiors dark-looks like a thomb.The "Voucher" for 10% off for food and beverages is not valid for breakfast. Strange staff in the breakfast room: I thought some of them are securities. Breakfast 19,- EUR overpriced.

We booked this hotel in Berlin Mitte on the recommendation of friends. The location was very nice, the rooms were well-furnished, and everything was fine the first night. Then they forgot to clean the room after skipping check-in, but only for the first day. On Friday and Saturday night, there was a party downstairs, so we couldn't sleep. We called the local police twice after several attempts to ask them to turn down the music. We even went downstairs in the lobby, which was embarrassing. We had the disco in our room. A nightmare.

Stayed here for a weekend with friends. Good location and rooms with top quality breakfast (at a price). I probably would have scored it 4 out of 5 but they keep trying to claim that we haven't paid. It's been 2 months since we went and we have sent proof. They just charged one of us for a second time. Not the kind of German efficiency, I would expect. Reported the transaction as fraud.

Our room which included kitchen facilities and a convertible sofa was very clean and comfortable. Good espresso machine. Large TV. Too bad my command of German is nil as that was it for programming. Any English news channel would have been great! One other criticism, bath was difficult to enter and exit and no rubber mat. Not safe.

Great location, the hotel looks even better in person than in the photos, and features a beautiful garden and a terrace with a view of the city. I highly recommend it.

We used the hotel as a base for visiting Berlin
The hotel was well maintained and a lovely modern feel
The rooftop bar was lovely and Arthur really looked after us
Wasn’t noisy and plenty of eateries around
Would definitely use this hotel chain again

Great room as I chose the more expensive type in the property. However, the windrow view is a small graveyard which is not ideal for some travellers including myself due to religious belief. Other than that the hotel is newly renovated/built and apparently has a nice rooftop bar which was unfortunately not open the night I visited due to cold weather. The hotel is self check in and self check out so if you want the traditional welcoming feel it's not for you. The staff is nearby so if you need help they can still be available. It's a young professional or cold modern vibe whatever you call it.

This hotel has nice common spaces in the lobby and at the rooftop terrace. Also appreciated the provided breakfast that had lots to choose from. My particular room was good - decent sized with a bathtub and a patio door that opened to the street. Note that on the weekend another space opens up off the lobby where DJs are playing. It seems to be a real hot spot. An issue only if you go to bed early and/or your room is right above. Mine was on the street side (104) so no issues. I’d happily stay here again for the location, value and brekkie.

Nice hotel and position. If you’re looking for anything other than a room, this might not be for you. Emailed to book parking weeks before, no responses (then told it’s full on arrival). Emailed to discuss booking 10 rooms for an event, no response.
Not sure if this is a Berlin thing or just this hotel. Staff went to ask the manager questions for me, management didn’t even come out of the office, just given a card with a general email address (that they don’t reply to).
