B&B Hotel Gießen-Linden in Giessen

It's a clean 1-star hotel. I could give it another star for automatic convenience of check in at night and clean bedsheets. BUT the acoustics in the building is terrible- we were waken up by cleaning ladies before 8:00 who were doing a lot of noise, nocking to each door and talking very loud. Upon late arrival you are not given a choice of single / double beds, we got 2 single once which are extremely narrow. Towels are very thin and there was no A/C in the room. Additionally, we were given a room for smokers which had a terrible cigarret odour inside. The lady in the breakfast area is very friendly, the breakfast however very limited with almost no options for people with special dietary restrictions like gluten-free, lactose-free etc.

Very dissatisfied! 2x stay had best never again. The lady at the reception very unfriendly!!! The room is extremely cold, the heater works. Blankets and pillows horrible! For€ 55 a total loss. Besides, it smells very very unpleasant.
Please several times superior to that at the time of booking...
The woman with the dog as a deterrent!!! I'm really afraid that it itched a bit.
