I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your hotel, specifically regarding excessive noise disturbances and the unprofessional conduct of one of your managers.

During my stay, I was subjected to significant noise levels that continued late into the day, making it impossible to rest. This is unacceptable for a hotel of your reputation and standard. When I brought this issue to the attention of the on-duty manager, I was extremely disappointed by the response I received. Instead of addressing the situation professionally and constructively, the manager’s behavior was dismissive and unprofessional. Rudness, lack of customer care and empathy are his core values. At times even the receptionist was ashamed by his behaviour. He was passive aggressive without offering any solution or without showing any care for guests.
This response was delivered in a dismissive and unprofessional manner, without any attempt to offer a solution, alternative accommodation even I shared with him that I arrived from a long flight.

I made it very clear that we are in the European Union, where such a level of hospitality and lack of customer care should not exist—especially in an international hotel brand such as Sheraton. Guests should feel respected, heard, and properly assisted when raising legitimate concerns.

This experience falls far below the standards I expect from a hotel of your standing. I trust that you will take this matter seriously, investigate the incident, and ensure that appropriate measures are taken to prevent similar situations in the future. Your management would benefit from some kind of feedback, training or learning on respect and basics of communication.

Showed up and rooms weren't ready at 5pm. So ordered dinner while waiting and was told someone would come by and inform me when it was. That never happened, had to track someone down. Rooms were okay, nothing special.

The food was okay, dont recommend the beef. It had an off puttin smell and when we informed the servers they basically just ignored us. When we tried to pay had to ask multiple times for the bill and felt like we were an inconvenience for them. For what you pay you can definitely get at better restaurants around
