My experience at your establishment has unfortunately not been among the best, starting from the very beginning. I took an early morning flight to Frankfurt, which required me to wake up at 4:00 a.m. Upon my arrival at the hotel at 2:30 p.m., I kindly inquired whether it would be possible to make an exception and allow me to check in 30 minutes early. My request was declined by the receptionist, who emphasized that check-in begins strictly at 3:00 p.m.

I therefore took a seat in the lobby to wait. At 3:00 p.m., other guests began arriving for check-in, and they were promptly handed their room keys. When it was my turn, I was told that my room was not yet ready and that I would need to wait an additional 10 minutes. Disheartened, I sat back down. After 15 minutes, I was finally assigned my room.

This raises a simple question: since I had already been waiting in the lobby for 30 minutes, would it not have been reasonable to prioritize the preparation of the room for a guest who was already present on the premises?

Moving on: in the room, there were only two large bath towels and no small towel for the face and hands. The air conditioning did not appear to be working at full capacity, as even at its highest setting it failed to properly cool the room.

The breakfast was excellent, although the toaster was out of order.

A special word of thanks goes to the gentleman on the night shift, who was extremely kind and helpful — a drop of water in the desert.
