We had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Offenbach! Naqeeb was super professional and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, accommodating all of our requests with a smile. The entire staff was very friendly and welcoming, which really made a difference in our experience. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, the breakfast was good with a nice variety, and the location was convenient. Overall a great stay, we’ll definitely be back!

No clean up even if you put the “ready for cleaning” at door. Draining system is a disaster, after you take a shower, the bathroom is flooded.
What you have after calling the front desk is “room will be cleaned tomorrow, the system is old there is nothing they can do about it.”
Seriously, don’t run a hotel if you can barely provide a comfortable stay for guest. Worst IHG stay ever, worst Holiday Inn experience ever!!!
BTW, checking in took me an hour standing there waiting in line for the only staff, while the manager and another staff had no intention to help and let people line-up to wait forever.

Very good, the front desk was very friendly. Since I am an IHG member, they also gave me a membership gift and a bottle of water. I can also check out late.

dropped my wallet right infront of the hotel entrance and didnt notice until i went up to my room. i went back after realizing and asked the reception staff, we talked about it, i gave my name for him and he confirmed that someone came in with my wallet and showed him my student ID with my full name on it, asking if this might be someone's wallet staying at the hotel.
the guy said he then searched up the name in the system and "couldn't find a room under my name" and sent that man back with my wallet. Are you kidding me? Even if i did not pay for the room there SHOULD be my name in the system as i stayed in the room. WHY would my name not be in the system??? Great job, thanks to ya i lost over 200 euros. Anyways, the rooms and food were excellent! The service other than that was decent, the bare minimum you'd expect from a hotel. Worth staying if you're sure that you wont lose or drop anything xD

We stayed here for 6 nights business trip. The rooms are up to the standard of IHG so very nice. Breakfast was nice with nice options. It’s close to the Frankfurt city center with car and also with public transportation. The parking of hotel is very nice and spacious. There is a market just under the hotel which is very nice. You can just park your car and take elevator directly to the market , shop there and go to your room. If you don’t want to go Frankfurt for dining , there are very nice options around the hotel in walking distance.
