Campanile Frankfurt Offenbach in Offenbach

Everything was nice! Only minus: They are not transparant about their car parking: It turned out not possible to get a reservation upon arrival late at night due to limitations in their registration system.

The hotel is a 30-minute subway ride from the Frankfurt Exhibition Center. The surrounding area is quiet and there are convenient dining options, but the breakfast selection is limited. I hope the variety and quality of the breakfast can be improved.

Good in all aspects.

It's a simple and affordable hotel, though a bit of a walk from the train station. I had a comfortable stay in a spacious room with a river view. The male staff member at the front desk was friendly and helpful, making for a pleasant check-in experience. It would be even more comfortable if there were an electric kettle in the room.

We had an amazing experience with the incredibly friendly staff! They were so accommodating and let us store our luggage before we officially checked in, which made our day even better.

Excellent stay in modern facilities with friendly and hospitable staff. Location is convenient for s8/s9 train routes to central Frankfurt.

Absolutely recommend this hotel 10/10. We were 3 girls, stayed for 4 nights in 2 king-sized double rooms and first of all, the rooms were amazingly spacious and pretty. Everything was clean and really enjoyed the hot showers after long day of sightseeing. The staff were really welcoming and accommodating, especially Namra and Kunal and although there were many other staff who also helped us throughout our stay, we couldn't catch all their names (sorry) but we will never forget their kindness. From borrowing us umbrellas for the day to filling our cup noodles with hot water late at night; they have been nothing but helpful and it was one of the best hotel services we had experienced in a long while. One thing we didn't realise was that there is no kettle in the room but if you ask the staff, they're always happy to provide hot water.

Next, the pricing! It was the reason that we chose this hotel as it was the least expensive option around but the quality, the service and the comfort was definitely the winner. I doubt that you could find a better place than Campanile for the price. Not to mention, when we checked out at 11, we were still able to leave our luggage at the hotel while we visited the town one last time which was incredibly useful. If we are ever back in Offenbach, we will be staying here, no doubt!

I had 3days stay there. Was advised about breakfast at check in, but they didn't provide breakfast in the morning due to the renovation, trip.com was able to refund the 3 breakfast cost which is great.

Asked to make up the room, but the tissue box was still not filled up, as well as the shampoo box.
