I stayed for one week. The daily trash was collected from the room; however, aside from that, the toilet, bathroom, and the room itself were not cleaned on a daily basis.
There is a hygiene issue.
It creates an environment conducive to the spread of infectious diseases.
Upon arrival, guests are handed bed linens at the reception and are required to change the bedding themselves.
In short, the service was very poor and did not justify the price paid.🥵🥵🥵

Pros: location is convenient, there is direct tram from main train station to the hostel.
Cons: the bed next to the window can hear street sounds very clearly

The hotel has a great location, as it is very close to the station—just across the road, which makes it very convenient for travel. The room size is quite decent for two people, not too small and generally comfortable.

However, cleanliness needs improvement. We found hair on the bedsheet and floor, and there was noticeable dust in the room. Additionally, the elevator was out of order during our stay, and since we were on the 6th floor, it was quite difficult and inconvenient to go up and down.

The hygiene was appalling; the whole room reeked of mildew, and the pillows and bedspreads were yellowed. There seemed to be no order in the room; some strange people were carrying bags of collected bottles and cans, making a lot of noise and coughing incessantly.. locker were not available for every bad.. It was just too much. The bathroom was even more awful, I won't even describe it, you can imagine it.

Also, the customer service is terrible, I checked out early due to the worst conditions here, and the front desk said it was no problem, just put my room key in the box. However, after I left, they refused my request to change the check-out date on Trip.com, I can’t even get my city taxes refunded.

The hostel is large and difficult to manage, so the shower stalls in some rooms are broken and there's a bit of dirt under the beds, but for the price I paid it's fine.

The hostel is good overall — the property is nice and the price is reasonable. However, one thing I did not like is that there is no proper security for personal belongings in the rooms. It would be much better if lockers were provided for safety.
I also had to wait quite a long time during check-in, and eventually an employee handed me a scanner to fill in all the details myself. This process can be difficult, especially for guests who may not be familiar with such technology.
Overall, the stay was fine, but improving security and simplifying the check-in procedure would make the experience much better.
