Ibis Budget Frankfurt Offenbach Sued in Offenbach

This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.

The room was absolutely filthy and completely unacceptable by any standard. It was obvious that it had not been properly cleaned at all. The level of dirt and lack of hygiene made it impossible for us to stay, even for one night.

We left the hotel after less than 30 minutes and were forced to find alternative accommodation at short notice, which caused unnecessary stress and extra costs.

This has nothing to do with being a “budget hotel.” Low price is not an excuse for such poor hygiene. Basic cleanliness is the absolute minimum any guest should expect, and this hotel failed completely in that regard.

We took photos as evidence of the condition of the room. I also contacted the hotel to request a refund, but they have not responded at all, which is extremely unprofessional.

Dont book this Hotel!!!

completely regret staying at this hotel. The price was 200€ per night, which is absolutely unreasonable — the overall experience was worth no more than 40€ maximum. I understand prices might go up during events when the city is crowded, but even then, the basic standards of a hotel were completely missing.

The lights didn’t work properly, the pillows were terrible quality — completely flat — and when I asked for better ones, the staff just said, “That’s all we have.” The reception staff were unprofessional and had no idea how to properly deal with guests.

Honestly, if someone offered me a free stay, I would still think twice before coming back. A huge disappointment and definitely not worth the price.

Very dirty, dirty toilet, tables with glass marks, glasses with liquid residue, dirty shower tray, room in general unsustainable due to lack of cleanliness

Terrible!!!!!!!!!!!! Dirty rooms, blood on the sheets they'd tucked under the mattress. Dirty carpet, all dirty circles. Horrible reception!!! They even told us all the rooms were like that. And that we should just find another hotel.

Smelly and not nice.
Very old building. Dirty and in serious need of repair.

- Avoid staying at the hotel named ibis - It's actually a budget hotel owned by a family - Very dirty with a strong cigarette smell throughout - Bedding and floors are stained - Rooms are designated for smoking, making it unpleasant. I stayed there overnight and wished morning light and by daybreak l close to vomiting - the room was stinking cigarette - Not suitable for humans
