I stayed at ibis Offenbach for two nights and was really pleased with the experience. The hotel is easy to reach and just a short ride from Frankfurt, which made it a convenient base for my trip. The check-in was quick and friendly, and the staff were helpful throughout my stay. My room was exactly what I expected from an ibis – compact but very clean, with a comfortable bed and good soundproofing for a restful night. The breakfast buffet was simple but fresh, with plenty of choices like bread, pastries, cheese, fruit, and good coffee. Rooms don’t have a lot of extras (no kettle or fridge), but for the price, it’s a great budget-friendly option. Perfect if you need a clean, comfortable place for a couple of nights without any fuss. Would definitely stay again when visiting the area!

Very dirty, dirty toilet, tables with glass marks, glasses with liquid residue, dirty shower tray, room in general unsustainable due to lack of cleanliness

Terrible!!!!!!!!!!!! Dirty rooms, blood on the sheets they'd tucked under the mattress. Dirty carpet, all dirty circles. Horrible reception!!! They even told us all the rooms were like that. And that we should just find another hotel.

- Avoid staying at the hotel named ibis - It's actually a budget hotel owned by a family - Very dirty with a strong cigarette smell throughout - Bedding and floors are stained - Rooms are designated for smoking, making it unpleasant. I stayed there overnight and wished morning light and by daybreak l close to vomiting - the room was stinking cigarette - Not suitable for humans

Very helpful, friendly receptionist. What I don't understand is why I had to pay extra for my dog. I know it is standard, but the reason given is for the extra cleaning a dog causes. I'd get that if the room was immaculate, but when the carpet looks like it does in the picture, what exactly am I paying extra for? There was a definite lack of cleaning there.

The location is far from train station and buses barely pass the road.
The room has never been cleaned up thoughout my 1 week stay.
Checked out was at 11 am and the staff knock on my door at 10 am.
I asked to wait for 2 hours at lobby since my friend will pick me up at 1 pm with 23 kg luggage but they said the lobby will be closed down for break time. They suggested me to move out to mcdonalds nearby along with 23 kg luggage.

You get what you pay for, room wasn't cleaned one day to the next, had to ask for a towel. Wouldn't stay again

Room with a terrible smell. Room dirty. The carpets were full of huge disgusting spots. Shower has leaks. The bed and pillow were extremely uncomfortable. Worst hotel I remember staying. Look for alternatives.
