The hotel don‘t have a reception anymore but it’s better like this because they had two guys in the past it was horrible service not polite not professional not helping they look like they have no desire to work. TV is a problem every time I book there, TV is not working even though we complained about it. Now we could at least put our stuff until the check in time, the owner is active at communicating per messages but in some point when we call nobody responds. The comfort room is looking elder and not quite good as it was a year before. The location is good.

Booked two rooms through Trip.com My friend couldn't come to Germany as he didn't get the visa entry. Called the hotel and requested to cancel one room, but was told that they couldn't do anything as it was booked through Trip.com and it was at their discretion. I contacted Trip.com and the CSR told me that it was upto the hotel's approval. CRS sent the request to the hotel and it was rejected. Then they sent another request to change the booking to one room and was also rejected by the hotel.
I am disappointed as the hotel didn't care and I ended up losing $650 for one room.
The hotel location has no front desk. It is self-checking They will email you the access code to enter the building and also your room. There are 5 floors and one elevator. The hotel is conveniently located, 150m from the subway station. There is a Shawarma restaurant adjacent to the building, Mc Donald's, pharmacy in front and many cafes and restaurants nearby.
The room is simple and needs upgrades it has internet and a 40"-50" TV. Heat towel rack was good to have in the bathroom. There is a small fridge but no microwave nor coffee maker. The shower is extremely small. When showering, my elbow kept hitting the shower handle.
There is no iron. There was daily housekeeping. However, the shower gel was not checked and refilled. I stayed one week and by day 6, there was no more shower gel.
It is ideal for solo, business, or couple travel if you don't expect much. Location was the 5* for this hotel.
Yeah, I would recommend this hotel when you come to Frankfurt. But be aware of their cancelation policy.

The location was very convenient. Right next to a subway station and within walking distance from the old town center. Even though it's self check in, the staff can be reached via Whatsapp. The staff were very friendly, responsive, and helpful.

Basically the room that we got partially no lights, electric socket, tv is not working, the blanket is dirty. The only good thing is the location near to metro. Would not recommend it.

Room was clean, location was the best. There was 1 small fridge, 1 kettle, and 1 fan. There was no air conditioning, so we opened the window. But at night, there was a lot of noise from drunk people outside.

The location is perfect, it’s close to most of the sightseeing spots. However, the room given to me was very disgusting. It looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a long time. There were hair, dirt and stains all over the bed and blankets. I laid out my towel over the bed but still felt disgusted laying there. The door looked unsafe, like anyone could open it. The shower capsule was very dirty too so i had to clean it myself before using it. The ceiling fan was broken, kept making creepy noises and looked as if it was gonna fall on me. I was not comfortable in my room so I spent most time outside. I should’ve taken pictures of everything but as I said, I preferred to just stay outside. Please be careful.
