Bathroom was still dirty from the previous guest. Bed sheets had stains. No drinks in the room.
Beds were comfortable. Parking near the accommodation was difficult.

Had a reservation at this hotel but the event I was planning to go to was canceled. I contacted the hotel multiple times by email both in English and German to try and cancel or modify the booking for a different date but got absolutely zero response. I called and tried to do it that way but they hung up the phone on me. Customer Service leaves a bit to be desired unfortunately and looks like I have lost 100 Euro.

Never again.... No description fits, everything is old
So it started at check-in, the room description described a renovated single room with air conditioning. I got an old double room without air conditioning with an ancient bed. There is no air conditioning in the whole building (except at reception). After I complained, I got another room, but it was also really old and worn out. The smell from the kitchen came from the ventilation in the bathroom. The window was right next to a balcony so you couldn't sleep with the window open.
The hotel is not recommended!
The descriptions and pictures do not match reality.

I can only advise everyone not to stay here. Sagging mattresses, the room smelled musty and of smoke (we had to leave the window open all night), it was very hot in the room, the lights didn't go off completely - and to top it all off, the staff were extremely unfriendly and annoyed when we complained. And then they demanded an extra charge for changing rooms. The other room wasn't any better. Never again!!

Rustic Staff
The receptionist and the front of manager Dina both were extremely rude. In stead of speaking English, they asked me to learn their language should I ever want to travel again in that country as they were under no obligation to speak English with me.

Very friendly
I stayed for 6 nights. All single rooms were fully booked except for the first and last days, so I combined a 4-night twin room for the cheapest option. When I checked in, I was told to just use the twin room. I was grateful for the towel dryer and tissue paper in the shower room. I was given accurate, polite, and friendly directions to the walking route to my business trip destination.

The hotel was a treasure to find! Clean, nice room with heated floors. The one downside was the t.v. Stations were limited. Few English speaking stations. Very close to the train station but without any noise. Convenient, just two stations away from the Frankfurt main train station.
Will stay there again!
