Really good value for your money. Nicely furnished with a style. Friendly staff. Easily accessible with public transport or with a car. Nice and quite neighbours though number of restaurants to go to for dinner and lunch. Great breakfast, just coffee could be a bit better -) but that is a subjective opinion.

Location is excellent. 500 meters from UBahn I was surprised with an Additional 8€ charge, after I already paid through internet site. We are Taxed to death by Corrupt everything. I believe it was for more “City Tax”. Look, we Loved our Upper room. Top of Trees, in Spring Summer with Balcony, very nice. Room is excellent, more like a small apartment. I just did not expect another 8-9% more in a Tax added on, after we paid. Only gripe. Oh, I believe breakfast would have been additional 15€ each. You can have Tea, Coffee, Toast with Marmelade

Positives - clean and modern. Pillows were the best we had in Germany. Good communication via email. Free coffee was actually good. Negatives - parking is very limited. Hotel only had 8 spaces. Hotel was a little hard to find. No air conditioning and desk attendant is not available after 6pm.

Conveniently located, yet quiet. Friendly family-run Hotel. Small and cosy room, very clean. Excellent Breakfast. In any case, recommended, we were already often there and will stay there again.

A beautiful house, very clean with very nice rooms. The staff is attentive! Beautifully decorated inside and outside. Breakfast is ok, could use a little duckles bread. Price Performance ?

This was the very best hotel in my life. Actually beds are very comfortable, breakfasts are very tasty. There are a lot of small supermarkets where you can buy all what you need. Also in two minutes of walking there is a good pizzeria where you can spend much good time. Atmosphere in the hotel is very calm, there a very few people and cars in the street, so it is very suitable place to relax. Owners of the hotel are doing their best to make you feel like you're at home. And it was so hard for me to leave them. So if I have a chance I will definitely rent a room here one more time!

- Messetaxifahrer (unflexibel und schlecht gelaunt)
- Abends Ankunft im kalten Zimmer, weil Fenster offen, aber auch Heizung wurde nicht mehr warm - die ganze Nacht gefroren
- Fenster war danach jeden Tag gekippt, obwohl kalt draußen und 1. Stock (Einbrecher?!)
- Der Bitte, mein Zimmer nicht aufzuräumen/zu säubern wurde nicht nachgekommen (ich mag es einfach nicht, wenn die Putzfrau über meine Kleidung und Dinge springt)
- Frühstück, das übliche, aber nichts besonderes

- Sauna im Untergeschoss inklusive
- Nett und sauber eingerichtet
- Freundliche Rezeption
Fazit: 3-Sterne-Hotel
