Trip Inn Hotel Minerva in Frankfurt am Main

Not a good experience overall, rooms very dated and as per the picture, bathroom towels were frayed and stained.
Shower head also broken.
Good location near HBF but that didn't make up for the hotel

I find the cleanliness very poor for the price. The parking lot is also a disaster. I won't be booking at this hotel or this area again.

I stayed in this hotel for 5 days and had a really bad time. When we arrived, we saw blood stains on the blankets and the bathroom was disgusting. We had to ask the manager to clean them, but the manager was useless. The reception staff were unhelpful when it came to addressing our concerns. When we booked the hotel, we specifically asked about the air conditioner working in the rooms, and they assured us that it was working. However, for the entire 5 days, we suffered in the hot weather as the air conditioner was not functioning. Despite our requests for it to be repaired, they didn't take our complaints seriously and simply asked us to open the window, but the room was so poorly designed that there was no airflow. I tried to explain the situation, but ultimately, I had to raise my voice to get them to provide a room cooler, which only happened after 3 days, and it didn't work properly. This was the most disappointing hotel experience I've ever had, and it's clear that they don't care about their guests at all. Additionally, the cleaners didn't show up for 2 days to clean the room. I strongly advise everyone not to stay in this hotel. The staff and manager were completely useless!!!
