Deeply Disappointing Experience

My recent stay was profoundly disappointing from start to finish. The front desk staff were indifferent and unhelpful during check-in. My room was not properly cleaned, with dusty surfaces and stained linens. Basic amenities like replenishing toiletries and fresh towels were overlooked for two days, despite repeated requests. The Wi-Fi was consistently unstable, making remote work impossible.

The overall atmosphere was one of complete neglect, with no sense of hospitality or customer care. For the price paid, the complete lack of service and maintenance is unacceptable. I have no intention of returning and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable, professional stay. A thorough review of staff training and service standards is urgently needed.

Usually I have a good experience with all Bonvoy member hotels, but this time I am very disappointed.
First of all the WIFI connection is very slow: I tried calling the reception from the in-room phone, there is not indication to which number is the reception..so perhaps you can't connect directly? So I called using the Internet phone..they picked up and put down three times..so I made an intercontinental call to the hotel main number and someone finally answered at reception.
Second: I had asked the reception if I could borrow a "plug adapter" as my laptop plug doesn't match the German socket: the receptionist said "NO, WE DON'T HAVE ANY". I asked another receptionist the next day and she pulled out a big box full of adapters!!!!
Third: I come back from a long day of work and the room hasn't been cleaned, the towels haven't been changed and the bed wasn't made: I was explained that for environmental reasons towels are replaced every other day, as well as the room will be serviced every other day. 

If you arrive at night and the receptionist has an exaggeratedly surgically enhanced face, be careful. She might change your king bed reservation to a twin bed, or deny you a balcony room. When you return and tell her you were given the wrong room, she won't even apologize, acting as if it's your fault. If you booked two nights, she deliberately set the room key to only one night, making you go through the whole ordeal of changing the key the next day. How ridiculous!

We haven't had a TV in our room since Saturday when we checked in, and the beds haven't been made even once.
