Man at the desk extremely rude and arrogant. Wouldn't want to come back with my family whilst he works there. I see previous guests have said the same thing, but yet nothing has been done to improve their customer service, which shows what their business is really about. Disgusting. The man I wouldn't call a gentleman - rude, ignorant, and extremely disrespectful. Upset my children. So if you travel with your children, believe me. This ISN'T a place for you!

Absolutely horrid experience. Service from the reception guy. Arrogant and awful man with no remorse whatsoever. Made our children cry and didn't even apologise. AND he misgendered my oldest daughter and didn't apologise for that either. Disgusting. We won't be coming back until he's replaced with a decent person. This place is clearly about making money not about morals or their customers.

Just finished the phone call with DISGUSTING rude manager of hotel. To be honest as an traveller i have NEVER been treated like this in my life. I spoke with this so called manager lady that we wilk check in 1 hour earlier and they said its not problem, just to rekind them at the day of arrival, which i just did. The only word i Heard on the phone was : NO! No! I Am manager! Check in at 3!

DISGUSTING. Manager to be fired or to be send to course how to speak to clients.

We(family with child)booked a number and received confirmation number of booking on email,arriving about 22:00 the lady on reception sad it’s been cancelled!!!without informing us.She sad there was some email send,but we haven’t received any!!!And the main,there was no room available 🤦🏻‍♀️We,after 10 hours of driving went to different place.Horrible experience,horrible receptionist,never again will go there.

Extremely unfriendly, inflexible and money-Horny.Breakfast like in a haven for maladjusted children. For a night shelter ok...After a total of 8 Nights and Never again.New attempt only when changing the "home management". The call of the Ibis "are you the managing Director of" here is gone, unfortunately, is fully in the pants

Although the room was clean, it is too small, cramped and with just the minimal of the amenities. A tiny bathroom is just enough for you to stand in it. If you try to spread your arms, it is not possible in it. There is no phones inside the rooms.

The first day I entered, it was pretty warn & pleasant, but the next day we returned, the room was stinking, the toilet light was not working, the heater was not heating.

The red receptionist attitudes are a bit arrogant & ignorant. May be he/she is over burdened so it is obvious it seems.

Connectivity is also a problem. You will have to go for a taxi compulsorily.

It is far away from Everything, including the Arena WE have to Go to. The rooms are really small and ours smells terrible.the shower is in the room next to a sink and is is Quote small too. It is not to expensive and good for one night if you are tired.
