Very good hotel. Location is convenient to walk to railway and bus station and also to the city center. Nice lobby with interesting art pieces. Room (Dbl for single use with a French bed) very large with a nice balcony, very clean bathroom, big tv screen. Overall excellent value. Breakfast buffet also very good with good variety of food

The Hotel Factus Corniglhof is not far from Hanover Central Station, and there are several shopping and dining options nearby. The hotel is clean and tidy, with a distinctive interior design.

There were no disposable toiletries (they could have learned from China and used renewable materials for environmental reasons!), and slippers weren't provided proactively. You had to go barefoot while washing up in the bathroom; I had to ask the front desk twice before they finally gave me disposable slippers. There was only one bottle of purified water in the room, and they didn't refill it after...

The location is good, about 600 meters near the train station~ But there is road construction 4-5 meters opposite the hotel, which is very noisy~ The interior of the hotel room is very average~

Close to the city center, convenient for travel, and relatively simple facilities.

I arrived earlier than the check-in time, the staff is very flexible & checked me in the room immediately, I therefore, could take a bath & changed, then went to my meeting with customer on time. I really appreciated them !

Open plan bathrooms Warning, open plan bathrooms, no privacy what so ever.. wouldn’t book this hotel again just because of this reason.

The room we stayed in was in a building still under renovations. This hotel is close to train and does not have air-conditioning in the rooms.

Very well located hotel with free parking right in front of the entrance. Little accessibility considering the 15 stairs at the entrance to the hotel. The environment is comfortable, with a swimming pool, and it has a more resort-like feel than a typical hotel.

Cleaner than I expected. The place isn't big, but it's very quiet, suitable for business trips. There's a large supermarket a five-minute walk away, which is convenient for shopping. The mattress is also quite firm and comfortable to sleep on.

It was small room but with second bed . Many decorations inside to make the eyes turn to them as for me it was too much. Basic things were present .

I stop here frequently when traveling north of Prague. For us, a family of 4, it is perfect. For a reasonable price we can use almost an entire floor (two separate rooms and two bathrooms). Much less expensive than a traditional brand hotel.

Good price and good location next to the U-bahne and the gardens. Center only 10 min away with the train. Has a little outside area with tables you can use and a fridge where you can put your food if needed. We stayed in the apartment which was very spacious, but smelled on some word air refresher. Free parking and some of the personal speaks English. All in all good stay and relaxing atmosphere

We stayed at this hotel 3 nights in August 2024. The first 2 nights were also a large group of teenagers staying at this hotel, which resulted in a lot of noise during the 2 nights, almost all night, both inside and outside the facility. Parking - available, Rooms are clean and spacious enough but with old furnitures (and not the cute type). Breakfast was very average, personnel was ok. Overall 'it's good enough' for the price but nothing fancy.

It is a nice and calm place to stay close to the City (Hannover). Good service for fair prices.

We stayed in this place for 3 nights and its quite place . Ms. Saskia made it very easy for us to get around. She provided us with directions to the near by restaurants and stores. Ms. Saskia called the taxi for us every time we needed a taxi. We felt home in Germany and we did not speak any German but Ms. Saskia was very helpful to make us feel home.

Small but clean, decent breakfast.

We had an apartment. The staff was super friendly - we got for our Little baby bed, beautifully drawn and with a small Teddy. The room was quiet and very nice. The Breakfast was super, everything what the heart desires is offered, fresh fruit salad, delicious rolls, and much more.

The traditional room facilities are older, but very clean. The provision of disposable slippers is a bit unexpected. The location is great, just opposite the train station. Maybe not in summer. There is no air conditioning, and European hotels generally don’t need much service.

There is the train station just outside, and it is only about 200 meters away from the subway station. The transportation is very convenient. There are many shopping places nearby and there are many choices for eating. I will choose it next time I travel.

I could get to the Messe area withing 30 mins and the uestra station was 2 mins away. A handy Mexican restaurant next door made going for dinner easy when you don't have any plans premade

It's a lovely hotel, quiet, in a calm area. The room was very clean. I could have had coffee, tea and snacks at any time, if I wanted. The breakfast was delicious and there was very attentive staff. The receptionist was very helpful. I cannot fault anything, just a pity we had very little time there and had to leave 15 minutes after breakfast start, because of works along the U-Bahn line.

The stay at the hotel was very good, the staff were friendly, and the cleanliness was excellent. The only downside was the somewhat limited pizza selection, as the restaurant was closed. While Wi-Fi is available, the quality and speed are terrible. Mobile internet is also practically non-existent, making it very difficult to work at the hotel.

A bad first impression, but a good room! My first impression of the place was two half naked eastern Europeans smoking outside the lobby, and when I got into said lobby the door was closed and I had to call a phone number to check in. But, the guy who answered the phone was nice, and he got me a door code pretty swiftly, and then I got into the lift and went up to the fourth floor where my room was...

I like the service and the room. Everything was very clean and the checkin (online) was very easy. I would classify this place as an INN rather than a hotel. It would be better (and safer) if there were more restrictions to the doors that lead to the rooms.

Very nice hotel. You can feel that the owner it starting his best to make as best experience as possible. Of course you can feel the COVID crisis, but I Had good overall experience. I haven't tried the breakfast because we was in the hurry, but the dining room looked very clean and nice. The lade at the seat was also very nice. I recommend overall.

The single room is small, suitable for solo travelers; don't expect too much, it's sufficient for basic rest and washing. The soundproofing isn't great, but thankfully everyone is generally quiet at night. There's no telephone or toiletries in the room. There's a single bed and one pillow.

A very clean hotel, the receptionist is very nice, there are many cool places in the area, it is close to the city and you are in a good area. The hotel also has an elevator & the rooms are the burner, the beds are SUPER SOFT & you can sleep well on them. The only negative, I find the air conditioning, because it is totally loud when switched off. But you get used to it, very great experience
