I arrived early, so I went to the hotel hoping to leave my luggage there first. I was upgraded to an available room and was able to check in early, which was very helpful. However, I was disappointed that they forgot to prepare the room for cleaning, etc. (Although they responded immediately.)

It is equivalent to a fast hotel in the counter, close to the airport.

The room is like the Hanting Hotel in China. The room is very clean and there are free drinks in the refrigerator. It is about 30km away from the EMO exhibition next to the airport, but the hotel price is relatively cheap during the exhibition.

The environment is comfortable, with a swimming pool, and it has a more resort-like feel than a typical hotel.

Cleaner than I expected. The place isn't big, but it's very quiet, suitable for business trips. There's a large supermarket a five-minute walk away, which is convenient for shopping. The mattress is also quite firm and comfortable to sleep on.

It was small room but with second bed . Many decorations inside to make the eyes turn to them as for me it was too much. Basic things were present .

The room is clean but there are no toiletries, you need to bring your own. The sausages for breakfast are good, I ate several, and the homemade orange juice is very unique, but the price is ridiculously high due to the conference

It seemed like a lot of families stayed there, and the best part was using the pool. They were very friendly!

I could get to the Messe area withing 30 mins and the uestra station was 2 mins away. A handy Mexican restaurant next door made going for dinner easy when you don't have any plans premade

The room is large, the facilities are good, the sanitary conditions are good, the breakfast is good, it is very close to the subway station, and there is a supermarket next to it, which is very convenient, the service attitude is very good, and the environment is good.

A cozy hotel right in the middle of the city. Very easy to access by walking from the main station which has a direct train line to the airport. Beware: if you're scared of lifts/elevators, this might not be for you since the only way to access the floors if through a single elevator. The breakfast was ok, the standard continental breakfast. The hotel is located a 3-5 minute walk from the central train station, making transportation very convenient. It's also close to supermarkets, bus, subway, and light rail stations, making it convenient for shopping and dining. The shopping center is only a dozen minutes away.

This was the simplest stay of my trip, a pared-down version in every way. However, the location was great: just 200 meters from the train station and about 2 kilometers from the city hall area, making it convenient for commuting and not far from the city center. The guy at the front desk was very nice and helpful. P.S. This was my first time using a rope to open a garage door...

It's a lovely hotel, quiet, in a calm area. The room was very clean. I could have had coffee, tea and snacks at any time, if I wanted. The breakfast was delicious and there was very attentive staff. The receptionist was very helpful. I cannot fault anything, just a pity we had very little time there and had to leave 15 minutes after breakfast start, because of works along the U-Bahn line.

A bad first impression, but a good room! My first impression of the place was two half naked eastern Europeans smoking outside the lobby, and when I got into said lobby the door was closed and I had to call a phone number to check in. But, the guy who answered the phone was nice, and he got me a door code pretty swiftly, and then I got into the lift and went up to the fourth floor where my room was...

I like the service and the room. Everything was very clean and the checkin (online) was very easy. I would classify this place as an INN rather than a hotel. It would be better (and safer) if there were more restrictions to the doors that lead to the rooms.

Very nice hotel. You can feel that the owner it starting his best to make as best experience as possible. Of course you can feel the COVID crisis, but I Had good overall experience. I haven't tried the breakfast because we was in the hurry, but the dining room looked very clean and nice. The lade at the seat was also very nice. I recommend overall.

The few rooms that can be booked during the Hannover Industrial Fair are several times more expensive than usual. The transportation is very convenient, right next to an Ubahn station, very convenient to HBF and Messe.

The windows do not adequately insulate the noise from the main road. I would not have been able to sleep without earplugs. Unfortunately, there is no kettle, coffee or tea in the room. But the staff are very friendly and I was able to take coffee from the breakfast buffet to my room for an additional charge. This hotel is excellently located minutes from the main station, and walkable to everywhere in central Hannover. It is very clean, comfortable beds, and inexpensive, with a very functionable ensuite. The free wifi is adequate for working. Breakfast can be bought each morning separately. It would be an advantage if there was a kettle in the rooms.

It was fine, you get what you pay for with hotels and it was cheap so wasn't expecting much. The bed was fairly comfy, service from staff was amazing and breakfast was pretty simple. Overall, would stay again

I arrived earlier than the check-in time, the staff is very flexible & checked me in the room immediately, I therefore, could take a bath & changed, then went to my meeting with customer on time. I really appreciated them !

I checked in consecutively without saying hello to the front desk. They would not come to clean the room or replace the drinking water.

The exhibition venue is very close and breakfast can be provided. There are McDonald's and supermarket next to it. Parking is free. Note that Hannover has a city tax of about 5% of the house price.

It's by the roadside, so it's not particularly quiet at night, but I slept soundly because I was too tired. The variety of breakfast is relatively good, but not too much, so just eat some and don't go hungry in the morning.

The MSR Hotel is a typical transit hotel near the (medical) universities in Hanover. It is good for attending events nearby or visiting family. The price/performance ratio is good for this, if you assume average quality (room furnishings, comfort, breakfast). The rooms were large, cleaned and the beds were fine. The breakfast was good for getting full. The charm of the receptionist could only be discovered...

Good : Good break fast, nice rooms. Bad: desk manager didn't really speak English and one light kept turning in and off in the room

Decent business hotel. Location is a bit out of the way, but neighborhood is nice and quiet. Getting into the center of town is easy and quick.

Lady at the front desks was really kind and helpful, The hotel is old and you can hear all the noice from out side. The neighborhood is not very nice, but it downtown. Close to public tranportation and easy to move.

I stop here frequently when traveling north of Prague. For us, a family of 4, it is perfect. For a reasonable price we can use almost an entire floor (two separate rooms and two bathrooms). Much less expensive than a traditional brand hotel.

Good price and good location next to the U-bahne and the gardens. Center only 10 min away with the train. Has a little outside area with tables you can use and a fridge where you can put your food if needed. We stayed in the apartment which was very spacious, but smelled on some word air refresher. Free parking and some of the personal speaks English. All in all good stay and relaxing atmosphere

The hotel is not the newest and some of the ameneties are rather dated. For example the shower shares the same floor as the bathroom. As in the drain is in the middle of the bathroom floor. Best Location to reach out, near to Central Train Station; neat and clean environment, good facilities both inside and outside of the room, multiple and good food options (especially HALAL) nearby. In short, BEST value for money.

That place is really too small. My god, the door is transparent. I can't believe how unsafe it is. The room is not soundproof. I can hear the snoring next door clearly. My heart is broken.

It's a bit of a walk from the central station, but it's not too far. The room is big enough to fit a bed and a suitcase, but there's no window. It's a duplex, and there's a shower room on the top floor.

The hotel itself, and the location, were 10/10. The receptionist's service was a 10/10. Very abrupt and unhelpful.

I don't understand the negative online reviews about this hotel. We stayed there for two nights and were more than satisfied. Freshly and modernly renovated, friendly staff, and a great breakfast! The only complaint is that our standard room could have been half a meter wider around the bed. But we were happy to accept that, considering the truly excellent value for money. We'd be happy to come back

The hotel is right next to Hanover train station. There's a very authentic Chinese restaurant across the street. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside is that the room card requires a mobile phone connection to open it. There's no physical card.

Standard hotel, without its own parking spaces - it is parked on the street on the side. The room was big enough, but the beds creaked terribly. Anyone who is light asleep could wake up from it, I suspect. Unfortunately, from 6 to 7 in the morning you can hear the door to the stairwell slamming, as it closes automatically. It's annoying when you don't have to get up yet. The breakfast is ok, rolls...

Family run good German cooking

Large rooms with very large bathrooms. Everything very clean, despite the location on the main road you can sleep very well. The beds are very comfortable with a good blanket and two nice pillows. Nice hot water with a rich stream for bathing. The only thing is that the sink fittings are a bit small. A wide selection of breakfasts on the table is also great, great coffee to start the day ☺

Normal sized rooms and very clean. Located within walking distance from the lake nearby and next to a variety of restaurants. The owner was really friendly and talked with us for a few minutes about the places we can visit.

We visited the Will guest house for one night while we were passing through and felt very comfortable there! Run by a very nice couple, you can tell that everything is very personal and set up from the heart. We will definitely be back!

Great location and very nice hosts. We have had the same high level here for many years. You will be welcomed here with humor and great service. The breakfast is delicious and you get your breakfast eggs individually and very tasty. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. These include e.g. electrically adjustable beds with sensational mattresses. Thumbs up, see you again.

Not all sockets are in use, which makes it difficult, the workspace is enough for a small laptop, but it is directly under the slope
