Covenient, clean, economic and quiet. Close to a friendly sports facility with beer and basic meals. No issues but no luxuries. Breakfast basic. Easy parking. My fourth stay here and never any problems. Easy access to motorway. I will continue using this hotel whe4n crossing Europe.

I normally look for a cheaper F1, but the best value locally appeared to be the IBIS. At twice the rate of an F1, I was pleased to see the extra €25 really does make a difference. Not a wonderful Hotel but served our needs for a Hotel adjacent to the autobahn exactly.

Change of Etap hotel to Ibis budget is great. Rooms are more comfortable. For example no plastic shower-toilet cabin with anymore. Now the toilet is separated from the rest. Furnishings are also nicer. Quiet room and breakfast was also ok. Kind person at the reception desk. Acces to highway very easy. I can really advise this hotel.

My wife compared this hotel to her dorm room in college. But it had a shower in the room and a toilet in the closet. Internet worked well and it was good for a stop on our way to a 4x4 event. We would have had issues if we would have been towing the jeep only one pull thru area that was already taken when we got there. Right across from an ADAC center.

The staff is very nice and helpfull. We had a very warm welcome. After checking in we brought our luggage to the room and went to the restaurant for diner. The food was amazing, I loved the Aachener Sauerbraten. The meat was so tender and the sauce was really complimenting the meat instead of overpowering. 2 Major issues: 1-It was claimed to have a swimming pool durin booking. The lady told it's closed and that's it. (If so, why am I fooled?) 2-Too much dust on the table and you can see fingerprints, maybe not wiped in 2 weeks. Could be cleaner.

I recently stayed here before hiking the Eifelsteig and I was very happy with my stay. It's not a super luxurious place, but it provided all I needed and the staff was especially friendly and helpful. The lady at the reception seemed as excited about my hike as I was :-) The lunch package was also great. It gave me plenty of fuel for my day on the trail.

After reading the reviews here I expected the worst. But I was pleasantly surprised: Super comfy bed (slept like a rock), good smelling room, quiet surroundings, friendly staff, even a bathtub. Very nice hotel. Very good breakfast. Only about 5 minutes to walk to the dom, town hall and treasury. And about 10 minutes to the shopping centre. The reason why I only gave it 4 stars is: the Wi-Fi wasn't working in our room. If you are reliant on it, it can be very frustrating. But the gentleman said he would look into it.

It's a moderate hotel. You've got all you need. A bed, a shower and breakfast for a little extra money and for 48€ a night I think it's all right. Very cozy and completely satisfied our needs. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel but it was possible to have breakfast at the hotel. We found it was cheaper and more enjoyable to have food in the town of Aachen. Check in was extremely efficient and an overall very pleasurable stay.

The hostel was near the station, which is good especially when you have luggage. Because of the automated check-in, you do have to wait until the allotted time. However, this is the only real drawback. The rooms are large and clean, the beds comfortable and the staff very helpful (if you ever even need them, given how well-organised things are). It’s a short walk into Aachen centre, but you can get the bus, if needed.

It was very hot in our room even though there was supposed to be AC. We talked to front desk who assured us it would be cold at night, but it was still extremely hot throughout the night.
