It's fair to say there's no service, but its location is fantastic. It's right across from Central Station, just across the street. It's perfect for short stays, so even though there's no service, I chose it a second time.

I stayed here for about three weeks. The location was great, close to the station. The nearest station was at the end of the line, so it was convenient to be able to sit wherever I went.
The hotel room was very spacious, and it was cleaned nicely on the first day. However, from the second day onwards, the drains were not cleaned or vacuumed, so if garbage accumulated in the drains, I had to clean it myself.
Also, while inquiries were responded to promptly, there were times when towels were not changed or tissue paper was not replenished.
Overall, I was satisfied considering the price. Please note that there is no refrigerator or kettle for long-term stays.

Hygiene could always be better. It could use a fresh coat of paint. Otherwise, the staff was very helpful. It is noisy, though. It's a shame there's no refrigerator, drinkware, or anything in the room. It's a bare room, but that's what the price is. I had a great time, but I was out almost all day and evening. The location is great if you're traveling by train. It's also recommended if you're in transit.

Location across from the Aachen central station and taxis and buses and 15mins walk to the town centre. Plenty of restaurants and cafes around the hotel.
Beds are very firm mattress. No kettle or tea coffee facilities and no bar fridge in the room but breakfast available for purchase in the dining area in the basement. Plenty of cafes next to the hotel. Check in and out easy and staff helpful.

The cleaner didn't knock before entering the house, and didn't close the door after leaving? What's wrong with this?

The room was spacious and comfortable. The door was not properly fitted and made noises, but it didn't bother me. The hair dryer was broken, but there was a new one available and I was able to use it without any problems.

Just directly opposite the Aachen Hbf station and no toilet amenities provided.

Just opposite the train station. It takes about half an hour to walk to the city center. The room is quite large, clean and tidy, and the heating is also powerful. The breakfast is simple, but it is worth the price.

The location is really good, which is right by the main train station. It takes 12 minutes by foot to downtown.

Its a great location, and reasonable pricing. The bedding, pillows and shower could be better, and the breakfast options were quite limited. Overall a good experience for a short stay in Aachen
