The hotel is very well located in Aachen to visit the old town. It has very good and (for us) appreciated facilities, including a (paid) closed parking, spa (with a nice pool), restaurant, bar, large saloons, fitness, etc., with an "old high class" atmosphere that we liked a lot. The room was very nice and quiet, we enjoyed the restaurant, the high quality breakfast, the spa... and the staff (reception, restaurant/breakfast/spa) was top!

At first glance, the rooms seem luxury… until you take a closer look. In many aspects, they have really lost attention for detail here. Random blemishes and what not on walls, the fixtures and carpet. The bathroom door had quite literally fallen out of its fittings, and there were paint scraps on the carpet. The coffee machine had the previous guests’ coffee capsules still left in the bin. There was no lining for the trash receptacle. The bottled water had been opened and seal was broken. The room was extremely warm upon arrival, as the cleaning crew appeared to have left the curtains wide open on a very sunny day, at the same time the weather was becoming more balmy outside. I was, therefore, forced to open the windows so that I could sleep, but unfortunately, the hotel is on a very busy street, so the traffic made for an unrestful sleep. As I write this, the WiFi has also now gone down, so I am using my mobile data.

The television is only basic cable; not up to par for international guests. No streaming options, few channels in other languages such as French/English.

Breakfast was okay… nothing marvelous, nothing terrible. If you are looking to stay at this hotel and expecting a 5 star experience, run far and wide. If you’re looking for a space near a park and not too far from Aachen central, location is nice.

The parking on-site is there, though a bit expensive per night.

The facilities are amazing. The room is very spacious and the beds are incredibly comfortable. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and helpful.
There is a direct bus from the station that runs every 30 minutes, and the hotel is walking distance from everything worth seeing and doing in Aachen!

We stayed in the basic bedrooms, which (I think) haven’t been renovated jet. However, the rooms were very comfortable. It was clean, very spacious, comfortable and quiet at night. We stayed with little kids and that was excellent. The hotel in general is very spacious, so there is enough room for them to play, without disturbing other guests. The hotel offered cots for them.

The spa and swimming pool are very clean and beautiful!

We had a very pleasant stay in the Parkhotel Quellenhof Aachen! The staff was available and welcoming, the atmosphere was classy but not uptight and it felt very relaxing and comfortable. We had the pleasant surprise of being upgraded, we really appreciated. The sauna was quiet and spacious. The breakfast buffet was so rich and tasty! The only point for improvement I could suggest is firmer mattresses and pillows - ours were a bit too soft.

The room met our expectations exactly. The breakfast was excellent, with high-quality ingredients. To our delight, instead of the usual pre-baked rolls, there were good fresh bakery rolls and a fantastic variety of other baked goods.

Pure European decoration style, very quiet, the hotel is large, the parking lot is right at the door, but the breakfast is too European, all bread, no vegetable leaves
