Very friendly and helpful staff. They gave us a great dinner recommendation and maps.

A good, high-quality chain hotel. The room was spotlessly clean. The reception staff were very pleasant.
But after 10 p.m., the code to open the front door didn't work, and the phone didn't always answer (it was 4 day).
On Saturday, 1 November 2025, about eight people gathered at the hotel door (meaning I wasn't the only one with this problem).
I am sure the reception passed the problem on...
and then... ignored it!
Please fix the problem with the code not working!
People want to sleep in the accommodation they booked... not walk around all night...

Because of the automated check-in, you do have to wait until the allotted time. However, this is the only real drawback. The rooms are large and clean, the beds comfortable and the staff very helpful (if you ever even need them, given how well-organised things are). It’s a short walk into Aachen centre, but you can get the bus, if needed.

It was so hot in the hotel, and there was so much noise from the street that my daughter and I couldn't sleep. The front desk staff was pretty impersonal and lacked customer service skills. Was also told this place had "ventilation" if would be somewhat comparable to having air conditioning before booking. When we arrived we were told the "ventilation" blew hot air, and indeed it did. What kind of special "ventilation" is that? The kind that should be standard in every high occupancy building? Anyways, we stayed one night and checked out. And that was entirely too long of a stay in this hell hole. Will never return.

It was very hot in our room even though there was supposed to be AC. We talked to front desk who assured us it would be cold at night, but it was still extremely hot throughout the night.

Excellent place for short and tourist visits.
Great value and location for this money. Room clean and well maintained, quiet and cosy place, walking distance from the heart of the city. I will be booking it for my next visits to Aachen.

Superb front desk and breakfast staff, very friendly and professional. Hotel is walking distance to Aachen's main attraction.
