The hotel has a convenient location and clean rooms, but our stay was affected by some organizational issues. We were told at check-in that canceling the second night would result in a small charge (around 10%), but at check-out we were charged significantly more, which was unexpected and disappointing.
The reception was unstaffed for a while in the morning, which caused some delays.
Breakfast was very simple, with a limited selection and no hot dishes.
With better communication and service at reception, the experience could have been much better.
