There was no in-person check-in; access was provided via password. While the price was reasonable, the overall experience did not meet my expectations, and I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

Very bad!!! The heating didn't work at 4 degrees Celsius outside, and nobody spoke German or English!

The doors were broken,the lift is broken,there is no receptionist at all, I was looked at the lift no one was around to help me one of the gusts helped me and he was disappointed too for booking with this hotel

Absolutely disgusting. The entire room smells like cigarettes. The entire building. The hotel code didn’t even work. They gave us NO amenities! They sent even give us soap to wash our hands! The lift smells like human urine. The floors are filthy. The only thing good about this place, is that they have hot water.

Please do not choose this hotel because of low price, its service is very low and it makes this hotel very expensive wghen you see their service quality , The lift is not working, the aisle small cooking oil. Location is very bad. Stay in colonge and come back to dusseldorf because this hotel's location worse than staying in dusseldorf. I have been to many hotels in my life and this was worst one. I will never forget this hotel untill I see new worst hotel.

It was clean, and everything was there. On the downside, the room didn't look like the photos, and the door handle was broken, making it difficult to open. The refrigerator in the room was really useful.

Location is great however that is the only positive thing I have to say. Room was incredibly shabby. Sheets were stained. Bathroom not thoroughly clean. No kettle. No fridge.

Really nice room amid a little old looking and when they were available the staf were really nice but could do with a bit more of a staff presence

They deceived customers. We booked this hotel, but when we got off the plane they said there were no rooms available. We were arranged to stay at another hotel called Mirage, which had very poor conditions. It basically felt like we were sold. I don’t know how the Ctrip platform conducts the review, it’s such a rip-off!
