The location was good, not far from the city centre with a tram or bus. The hotel was clean but the phone in the room wasn't working. We had to call the reception using the number on trip.com.

I have to pay 3 euros more without any reason

It was written that I have to pay 3 euros city tax on trip application and at the reception they said that it is 3 per person so I have to pay 6 euros although I was just one person :)

Any way the hotel is very hood in general

No fridge or minibar on the room, It is quite important. Noise from highway, bed too soft. Breakfast ok, but really average.
Diner was fine, beer very expensive about 9€/0,5l but very tasty. Carpaccio weak, steak great, chocolate desert perfect.
Parking 18€/day.
From my point of view 3* max.

All in all there is nothing much you can say about the stay, it's not spectacular but also not bad. The only thing I would like to remark is, that in my room it did not seem as if the air conditioning did anything at all. The air coming out of it felt warmer than the air outside, even though it was put at the lowest level (18 Degrees).
Breakfast was good!
