The location is great, and it's a well-established chain hotel. It has all the amenities you'd expect from its time, so it's a reliable choice for business trips. The front desk even helped me mail a package for free. Thumbs up!

The room was small. At 3800 a night during the exhibition, they didn't even provide bottled water.

The room was clean as it was recently renovated I believe. The location was not the best but in a quiet area. The not so great part was when we arrived, the room we selected was not ready even after 3pm. The receptionist gave us a new room next to the lift without asking if we were ok with it. The room was great and the room service was prompt and friendly. All the staff were cool and really nice, especially the assistant front office manager on duty on the morning of 2 May and the front office person who spoke a bit of Japanese. The location is perfect, right opposite little Tokyo, and near a great ramen place with good bubble tea options for Asians like us.

When I arrived my room was not ready so I had to an hour after plus the bedsheets wear not clean enough and the decker sheets was so small to cover me and my partner. I called earlier in the morning to do late check out due to lack of sleep and serious headache and noise that some people were making in the the corridor . Am very unhappy and disappointed in hotel and I want a refund back pls

A hotel that costs over 100 euros a night charged 50 euros for checking in 3 hours early! I angrily expressed that I wouldn't pay the fee, and then they told me there was a room available for check-in without any charge! I've never encountered this before with Japan Airlines! Now that I know your economy is bad, when did Germans become so greedy!

The hotel has a great location in Düsseldorf, close to Japan Street, Königstraße, and the train station. Prices fluctuated a bit; the price dropped the day after I booked it. Perhaps this is common for hotels in Düsseldorf, which has many convention centers. The room facilities were average; the sink drained slowly, but otherwise it was fine.

The hotel is large with Basic rooms with no coffee making faciliities or toiletries in the room however it’s clean and the restaurant is good. It is a perfect hotel for a stay close to an exhibition or concert as the stadium is a short walk from the hotel.

Very close to the exhibition hall. Not far from the airport either. You need to take the tram to go to the city. Health: good Good environment The service was excellent. Rich breakfast. The price is average.

The distance to stay during the exhibition is simply not great. You can go back and rest after work. It is also very convenient to take a car. It takes about ten minutes to get to the city center. The only thing that is not good is the food. There are too few places to eat around. The buffet style in the hotel restaurant is not too much, and everything else is fine.

This was our second stay at the NH Hotel Düsseldorf City Nord, and we were very happy with our visit. Our room was very spacious, clean, and quiet, and even included coffee. The bed was incredibly comfortable. There were always snacks and water available in the lobby during check-in and check-out. The staff was exceptionally friendly. We would gladly return.

The place is awesome and maintenance is good. Its near public transportation and easily accessible via tram and s bahn. Receptionist were nice and welcoming.

I spent there 2 nights, and I didnt like it at all, room is big and nice however the AC is very far from the sleeping area and you can barely feel the air. The staff at the hotel were very kind and helpful. The rooms are clean and more spacious than we expected. It was a great location for our needs. The one thing is the air conditioning doesn't do much to cool down the rooms. We were uncomfortably warm at night. Luckily, the windows open.

Stayed here for one night. The hotel looked modern and spacious. The room had a good size but it was very warm at night. The best part of the stay was the breakfast, which was served in a spacious area, with a lot of option for bread, pastries, even with a pancake machine. The room was quite spacious for European standards. Overall, my stay was very pleasant. One thing to note is that a friend told me this area might require some caution regarding safety, but since I made sure not to go out after dark, I didn't encounter any issues.

Super close to Hbf, walkable distance, and only one subway stop away. The environment is fantastic, and it's really close to the subway station. They offer daily housekeeping and you can ask the front desk for slippers! This place is a hundred years ahead of Munich!

The Hyatt in Düsseldorf is a well-run hotel with a high occupancy rate, and it's one of my personal favorites. Several of Düsseldorf's famous trendy restaurants are within walking distance across the bridge, and I've stayed at this hotel more than once.

Next time I book a hotel, I really need to check when it was last renovated. This place is so old, it smells musty, the sink was disgustingly dirty, and even the tissue box was broken. Avoid at all costs. The breakfast was very mediocre too, and the smell was really off-putting. I was supposed to stay three nights but couldn't even make it through one.

The hotel location is very close to the train station. Tis hotel also very convenient where it serounded by few restaurants as well as grocery stores. Definitely I will stay here again if I visit to dusseldorf.
