Where to stay in Neuss

I think this is the best hotel in Düsseldorf. It's an international chain brand and I feel very safe staying here!

The hotel service is warm, clean and tidy. The room is warm. The hotel is in a good location. The view is great. The front desk girl is enthusiastic. The room price is cost-effective. I have more than one comfortable and pleasant stay experience.

If you expect any kind of service or help from the employees, this isn’t the right hotel for you. The reception forgot my request for a phone charger despite me asking three times and waiting five hours. Parking in the hotel garage costs 35€ a day.

The soundproof of the room is very bad

Nice view with comfortable weather. Walk across the bridge and get food. But it is far from public transport.

Three things! When I rebooked my stay, I was first given the wrong price. I was lucky the manager was there to give me the monthly rate, until he opened his stupid mouth. Very clean and nice, staff speaks multiple languages including English. They are flexible if something goes wrong on your room. The bus and tram stops are just across the Parking lot and the park is beautiful, although the entrance is usually littered

Rooms were very hot and no way to cool them down. I think the hotel is expensive enough to be able to provide some kind of airconditioning. Parking was expensive and not the safest neighbourhood. Except for the heat, the rooms were very nice and breakfast was delicious!

Love the atmosphere there, ans the cheap prices. Also free car parking. For the night: the bus Station is in the near and in under 30 min you're in düsseldorf which is perfect for a party night.

I attended a weekend course in Neuss and stayed in this hotel. Staff were friendly. Rooms were really well maintained and clean Good size bed and bedroom with a disk and cupboard. Clean bathroom with warm water.. Good water pressure.

Of the known from the Commundo conference hotel is the Best! Rooms are as usual in the conference hotel is very simple and small but sufficient. The Hotel itself is not very spacious because of the height special on an old Roman settlement. Here good shoes are recommended.

A solid conference hotel. Everything was clean, all friendly. However, the guest rooms on hot days, very hot and there is no air conditioning. In addition, the location is quite peripheral. You have to get the Bus to the train to Düsseldorf. There is a beautiful Jogging trail on the Rhine.

It is a conference hotel! The rooms are quiet and big enough, the food reasonable, and the Rhine is easy to reach on foot. In the city centre in 20 minutes by foot.

One request: Better bread for breakfast. The current bread has no German quality (too soft). The details: location is OK (500 m from bars and restaurants, 1km from TV tower), very friendly and professional staff, hotel interior is not very exciting, there is a nice outside terrace where you can have breakfast. We had a suite, but a better word would we loft: the sleeping room is upstairs.

Hotel staff is very friendly. Rooms were great. Location is fantastic and great vibes overall. Sara was very very helpful & helped me change my booking at despearate moment. After travelling and staying in so many hotels comparing their service, i would give them 5 star and more. You must visit with them unless you find something even more amazing. They speak very good English too.

The location was perfect, especially being close to the famous harbor. The behavior of the employees, especially Amal and Evita (the day receptionists), was warm and kind. I had a fantastic stay over the weekend. The service was outstanding, and I especially want to thank Sherzod for being incredibly helpful and attentive. The hotel’s location in the city center is perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Plus, the view from the hotel is absolutely amazing! At this very landscape and stylish location we did have dinner at Gut Dyckhof. Walking in everyone was giving us a warm welcome. The restaurant is very spacious and stylish. Very comfortable a affordable Hotel in proximity to the Neuss rail station. Staff spoke english (which is important for some) and it was a quick walk to the S bahn which you can use to get around to nearby cities. Wold stay again. PS: Nice balcony as well, perfect for a evening beer!

My first impression in this hotel was so good. So clean and organized. I liked the breakfast. You should get your room with the breakfast for sure. Some staff are not fluent in English though.

Centrally located hotel with ok size on the rooms. The standard could be higher and the beds a little bit softer. My pillow was singing on the last verse and should be changed ASAP which I told the reception. Breakfast and the staff was the best with this hotel.

I always enjoy my stay at Hotel Zum Deutschen Eck! The breakfast is very enjoyable, the rooms are always comfortable and clean, and the staff is very accommodating and helpful with everything from personal requests to local recommendations.

I stayed in this hotel as I was on a short business trip in the city. The location is perfect when working in one of the nearby offices and the city is easily reachable via tram/ U Bahn. I even found great areas nearby for my morning run too. :) I was very satisfied with everything, the only thing I noticed is that the receptionist are a bit slow and multitasking all the time (eg. on the phone)

Reviews are true, worst wifi. And even reception to use your our data is bad. Had to change hotels as I could not use the internet to do any work.

Nicely located hotel in Dusseldorf, close to charging stations at about 400 meters away. Hotel accepting dogs and local restaurants accepting dogs but being kind to them too. What I don't understand is why to charge for the dog while our dogs doesn't lose hair and he's hypo-allergenic.

Good Motel Style place to stay, close to the Autobahn. Quick and easy good service at check in / out. Rooms large and clean. Only thing I would remark ist 17€ overnight parking in the middle of an industrial areas is a little expensive. Otherwise warm recommendation from my side.

Hotel is beautiful from outside and inside. The breakfast is amazing. The staff is helpful as well. Cons : Wifi is an issue, its not stable. Even i changed my room , then also Internet issue. We stayed at the Fire & Ice Hotel during the Easter holidays in occasion of a family trip to Duesseldorf. We had booked a so called "Tree chalet", all very nice and clean. Staff extremely friendly and prepared. We would definitely go back there. :)

Thé facilités are new but also diligently maintained. All staff (from front desk-servers-cleaning staff) were friendly and efficient. We felt very welcomed. Honest and hard working staff👍👍
