Since the hotel operates with self check-in only, I also did not receive any proper information or guidance about the hotel facilities, which was very inconvenient.
For two out of the three days, the housekeeping staff suddenly opened the door in the morning without knocking or announcing themselves. This is a basic rule in housekeeping, and I found it shocking that they entered the room without any notice. If we had been changing clothes, it could have been a serious issue. It felt like the staff had received absolutely no basic training.
Additionally, every time the guests next door closed their door, the vibration and noise carried directly into our room. The window even shook, and the noise woke me up multiple times during the night. Even when housekeeping came to clean, the shampoo was not refilled, and the room was not cleaned properly.
Overall, I would strongly not recommend this hotel.
The room was modern, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable — perfect for both business and leisure travelers. I especially appreciated the thoughtful details, such as a cozy bed, well-designed workspace, and excellent soundproofing, which ensured a restful night despite being so close to the main station.
Breakfast was another highlight. The buffet offered a great variety of fresh items, and the dining area was bright and inviting — a lovely way to start the day.
The location couldn’t be better: just a short walk from Düsseldorf Hauptbahnhof, making it easy to explore the city or continue your journey. Despite its central location, the hotel felt safe, quiet, and very well maintained.
Overall, this property exceeded my expectations. The combination of excellent service, modern facilities, and convenient location makes it a fantastic choice in Düsseldorf. I would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city
