Great gem
Lovely hotel in the centre of town with free parking in the local town centre car park.
Great junior suite.
Food in Olive restaurant was tasty and plentiful.
Breakfast in the cafe was nicely set out and had more options than was expected for continental breakfast.
Would definitely stay there again.

Great breakfast buffet with lots of choice and fresh produce Re-opened Hotel restaurant highly recommended, we ate there two nights in a row - compliment to the chef Friendly staff at the reception and in the restaurant Would definitely come back

You didn't tell us on the phone that there is only the small (tiny) card.
For a small salad 20 minutes waiting and then not everything was as ordered.

Very nice Hotel. Rooms, food, ambience recommended. Can't find a point of criticism. Service staff was very friendly and, in my opinion, professionally trained. Can any of the in Bad Bergzabern, this Hotel wants to recommend to stay.

Very nice Hotel, right next to the castle. Beautiful room with good furnishings, 40 inch TV, bathroom with large shower( of rain to Massage function) Fon Bathrobe all flip-flops. Very good food. Price performance is right.

Food is consistently acceptable. Steaks very good, service personnel unskilled workers! This is not in this price range is acceptable. Also a few guests with very long wait times . In the case of 14 guests in the Restaurant, the invoice took 15 minutes. Plate inserting and fetching from the wrong side. It is a pity that such a beautiful house, which has cost the taxpayer millions, is so unprofessional.

I ordered a Steak with 300 grams of ca took 30 minutes, very patched good and was prepared very well. The service, the price class, however, was not fair, therefore, the 2-star deduction.

Food was good. Service, however, somewhat overwhelmed. First of all, our question to other chairs with a table (2 chairs, 6-seater table): "looks bad" in the negative. Another service has helped us then and chairs the Hotel provided. Otherwise, still nice, even if not professionally.
