Horrible disaster.

At 7 am workers started drilling inside the wall of my room and someone's hand came through the airco whilst I was still sleeping. Very crazy and creepy.

They had only send an email before that stated 'in june we have some work on the air-conditioners'. It was very very crazy at a very early time. Also the staff didn't refund me fully and they didn't give shit.

I had to book another hotel to sleep more as I've had a long drive ahead of me.

I recently stayed at this hotel in, Germany, and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff at the front desk Mohammed, was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was perfect. Would 100% recommend to any one travelling in Germany.

Quaint & cozy place with professional yet friendly customer service. The room I initially got was not heating up and when informed to the manager who is a kind gentleman switched it to a better one quickly apologizing for the inconvenience he even offered a delicious cup of courtesy coffee which was also much appreciated. My husband and I will definitely visit again. Thank you.

Not super new facilities but comfortable and nice restaurant, breakfast was simple but tasty...the service was very good..walking distance to the city center and plent of parking.

Outdated, old and tired and in need of a complete renovation. Bathroom dating back to the 70's and having to shower in a bathtub without any curtains is not good. Bad ventilation and extremely bad insulation from noise from outside or inside. The room rate was way too high for this property. Service was mediocre at best.

We stayed here as a big group for a wedding since the hotel has a partnership with the venue. However they only had to irons and ironing boards for all rooms and couldn’t locate them before the ceremony.
Additionally the door to toilet/bathroom is made of glass…

This hotel is about 1.3 km away from the historical center. My room was comfortable though furniture was complete but quite obsolete and there's a bath tub in place of the shower.
The breakfast buffet offered fresh food for though the choices were not as I wished. Both room and breakfast room were luminous because of the wide windows and offered a pleasant view on the green surroundings hills.

The hotel has a fair price to value ratio and for a brief stay in this lovely city it's sufficient. However, one has to accept the location is next to junction with a lot of traffic, even during the night. Having a peaceful night with fresh air is therefore almost impossible. The hotel is prepared though, offering a moveable fan in the rooms.

The hotel offers a comprehensive traditional breakfast, lacking options for customers who prefer a vegetarian or vegan lifestyle. Having not even one single alternative to cow milk is (to me) not acceptable in 2021.
