I can't comment on the hotel's amenities, but I can certainly speak to the customer service.

We booked two rooms through an online platform and submitted three check-in requests. Unfortunately, we received no response to any of them. We then contacted the hotel directly with another request – again without any reply.

I find this kind of behavior extremely unfriendly and unprofessional. Luckily, we were able to cancel both rooms until shortly before our arrival date.

Prospective guests should seriously consider whether they want to be treated this way.

Fantastic!!!

Absolutely wonderful from the very beginning.

The welcome and check-in were seamless and warm. We even got a room with a balcony upon request.

But above all, I want to emphasize the warmth and hospitality. ♥️ With advance notice, you can enjoy a lovingly prepared dinner.

The room was clean and the food was very good.

The breakfast (for the price) was unbeatable.

The three of them are a fantastic team. We had an absolutely wonderful time.

A beautiful hotel in the nature. they have very friendly owners. With its food and drink, I can recommend it to those who visit there.

I felt very comfortable here! Room clean - staff super nice. Slept great.... And for 6€ (yes!, 6€!) we got roast pork with dumplings and a starter for dinner!!

The Carolaruh, idyllically located on or in the forest and only a 5-minute walk from the train station, is an insider tip. Comfortable, run by 2 incredibly nice and friendly ladies, it does not meet luxurious but simple requirements. The rooms are clean, functionally furnished, with a bathroom and balcony or modernized without a balcony. Vehicles can be parked under the large carport, protected from sun and rain. Sights such as the natural theater or the town itself can be reached in about a 25-minute walk through the forest. Anyway, we will be back.
